So many time experiences like this can be disappointing. Not this one. The Warner Brothers Tour was excellent. The history is amazing. Not matter what type of movies, what type of tv shows you enjoy, or what era you identify with, you will appreciate this tour. Our tour guide was excellent. Seeing all of the original, albeit, moved sets was great. Food and gift prices were reasonable. Disney could learn and thing or two not charging $28 for mugs. The employees of WB all seem to genuinely enjoy working there, and like their co-workers. I now have a different appreciation for Warner Brothers.
Em did such an amazing job and seeing the props and the sets was so cool!
The customer service team was exceptionally well-trained, and the tram conductors were equally impressive. The overall experience reflected a level of attentiveness, courtesy, and professionalism comparable to what you would expect at Disneyland. Our tour guide, Andres, did a fantastic job. He was personable, engaging, and took the time to answer questions throughout the tour. He also shared interesting fun facts, including information about one of the team members' participation in the Odyssey. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the experience even more enjoyable.
Great tour guide, fun history and behind the scenes stuff.
It was a great experience, especially since this studio features movies and other tv shows that my family is a fan of!
Jina was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable, friendly and funny!
Our family loved this tour! Our kids are in different stages of life, but both found the magic of movies enchanting. Plus, they both found movies and shows at Warner Brothers that they liked. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, tailored the tour to the movies and shows we were interested in, and took great pictures for everyone. She said because it’s a working studio, every time you come the tour is different. We were able to see one of the pretend towns, but apparently two others were closed due to active filming. I would highly recommend this. Two of our family members participated in the extra Superman offering and said it was amazing
This was a fun look at behind the scenes of the film and TV process. Go on a weekday if you want to see real crews working (but that might limit where you get to go) or go on a Sunday or a quieter but more access tour. The friends exhibit (aka. sofa) is fairly well controlled but at least they will take a picture with your own camera. Besides the actual tour there is also plenty to explore yourself and interesting exhibits. There is a option to create a short action clip with a green screen riding a range of vehicles, these videos and photos are horribly over priced.
My wife and I went on the mid-level tour in August 2026 and we were surprised how much we enjoyed it. Everything is expensive nowadays, and this tour is no exception, but this is something I would probably do again, especially with another couple who has never experienced it. Our tour guide Dustin was very knowledgeable, had a dry sense of humor, and kept the tour moving at a good pace. We got to see a lot of different things, and I learned a little bit on the way as well. Lunch was included with our tour and thank God, because it’s quite expensive at the Friends café. You get an hour on the tour to have lunch in there, and are several options you can take. There’s plenty of friends merchandise you can purchase at that point on the tour. They also have one of the actual couches used in the Friends series on the café set and they allow you to take a picture of it and of course you get a paid photo option as well. One of the highlights for me is when you get to see the set pieces of Big Bang theory and you get to sit in Sheldon spot and knock on Penny’s door. There is of course, another paid photo op to do both, which they will allow you to take one with your camera as well. The tour actually goes by very fast and is something I would recommend. You just have to face the fact that everything nowadays is expensive and there’s no other way around it.
We had the best time on this tour! We had an amazing tour guide. It’s worth the money and something you should do in Cali.
