Ga met ons mee op een van de meest populaire erfgoedreizen in Zuid-Afrika en ervaar meer over de Zuid-Afrikaanse geschiedenis door een boottocht te maken naar het Robbeneiland-museum en de gevangeniscel te zien waar voormalig president Nelson Mandela gevangen zat als een politieke gevangene. Neem vervolgens een rondleiding door de stad van Kaapstad, inclusief de Tafelberg-kabelbaan en zie Kaapstad vanuit een andere dimensie. Neem een foto in de Bo Kaap en ontmoet en begroet de lokale gemeenschap van Kaap Maleis. Dit is echt een van de meest geweldige tours die je ooit zult ondernemen.

We halen je om 8:00 uur op bij je accommodatie in Kaapstad door een gekwalificeerde gids / chauffeur en brengen je naar de Nelson Mandela Gateway - in het Clocktower Precinct in de V & A Waterfront voor het vertrek van je boot.
Houd er rekening mee dat uw gids / chauffeur niet met u mee gaat op de boot of op het eiland, want er zal een bewoner op het eiland aanwezig zijn die u een rondleiding zal geven. De veerboot vertrekt naar Robbeneiland. De gehele tourduur is maximaal 3,5 uur inclusief de reistijd van de veerboot. Wanneer je het eiland bereikt, stap je uit bij Murray’s Bay Harbor en maak je een korte wandeling naar de bus die je over het eiland vervoert. Een voormalige politieke gevangene geeft je een rondleiding. Dit omvat een bezichtiging van de cel van Nelson Mandela. Na de tour keert u om ongeveer 12.30 uur terug naar de Clocktower Precinct aan de V&A Waterfront. Uw gids / chauffeur wacht op u om u terug te verwelkomen in de haven en biedt u een optie om te genieten van een lunch in de vele eetgelegenheden / restaurants in het V&A Waterfront.
De gids keert terug om u op te halen uit het restaurant en u te begeleiden naar het wachtende voertuig. Daarna vertrekken we vanaf de Waterfront voor je tweede helft van de tourroute - de Kaapstad-stadstour. We beginnen in het hart van de stad in de Adderley-straat, waar u historische monumenten zoals Bartholomew Dias, Jan van Riebeeck en Zackarias Waganaer Reservoir zult bekijken. Bekijk daarna enkele erfgoedmusea zoals de Slave Lodge en Cape Castle. Bekijk het stadhuis en de compagnietuinen en loop langs het parlementsgebouw. Stop bij de Bo Kaap waar je de kleurrijke huizen in de Cape Quarter ziet en stop om wat foto's te maken en de lokale bevolking te begroeten als ze in zicht zijn. Gasten hebben de mogelijkheid om te stoppen bij Afrogem om getuige te zijn van de productie van mooie Afrikaanse sieraden met een focus op rijk goud, platina, diamanten en tanzaniet. Gasten kunnen over de werkende fabrieksvloer lopen en de sieraden kopen.
Daarna nemen we de kabelbaan naar de top van de Tafelberg om dit unieke stukje natuur te verkennen. Opmerking: Toegangskaarten voor de Tafelberg-kabelbaan zijn uitgesloten van deze tour. We raden reizigers aan hun Tafelberg-tickets van tevoren online te kopen om mogelijke vertragingen in de wachtrij te voorkomen.
Bij onze terugkeer van de Tafelberg wordt u na de tour tussen 17.00 uur en 18.00 uur bij hun accommodatie afgezet.

- Activiteiten in de Tafelberg en Robbeneiland kunnen niet worden geannuleerd na het boeken, omdat deze tickets niet worden gerestitueerd, tenzij een van de volgende situaties zich voordoet:
- In het geval dat de Tafelberg-kabelbaan wordt gesloten vanwege ongunstige weersomstandigheden op de dag, heeft de gast 7 dagen de tijd om de Tafelberg-tickets te gebruiken. Als de gast tijdens deze periode niet beschikbaar is voor deze activiteit, geeft Table Mountain u een terugbetaling voor uw ticket terug op uw creditcard.
- In het geval dat het Robbeneiland-museum de boottocht annuleert, ontvangt u een terugbetaling voor de toegangsprijzen voor de boottocht. Verplaatsing van boekingen kan worden gedaan en zou 48 uur van tevoren vereisen - is onderworpen aan administratiekosten. Opnieuw plannen is ook afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid.
- Een geldig geldig paspoort is vereist op de reisdag voor verificatie op Robbeneiland

Exceptional! We were picked up early by our guide Jeff, with a very comfortable car and water for the trip. He offered us to do the route in such a way that the weather was as good as possible for each activity.We climbed Table Mountain when it was clear and we could enjoy the views without clouds, a great success his recommendation! We’re traveling with our adult children (24 & 27) and wanted to see two of the most important sites in Cape Town (obviously very different experiences). Our schedule meant we needed to do both in one day and this tour perfectly fit the bill. Djiby, our driver, was outstanding. He drove us to both sites, provided informative background and was flexible in regard to our needs as our Robben Island return trip was delayed causing a change in our lunch plans and Table Mountain timing. Djiby is friendly, personable and an excellent driver. Robben Island was a heavy visit and the former prisoner tour guide was informative and inspiring. Table Mountain was inspiring from a breathtaking natural perspective. Everyone agrees, this was a spectacular day and we’re glad we started with Robben Island and finished with Table Mountain as Table Mountain renewed our souls after seeing the horror man can subject another man to.

it is just a pick up service, the driver/guide do not go with you to the island/table mountain. the downtown city tour is in the car, you do not even visit the places. Misguiding description in the page. To me this tour is a SCAM, do not book it.

This is a great tour which covers so much . Our tour guide Alex was so good. He showed us round and took photos for us and was very kind. He was well informed and answered any questions we had.
