Dit pakket van een halve dag is inclusief museumtoegang en retourtransfer vanuit uw accommodatie in Kaapstad, zodat uw reis probleemloos verloopt. Robbeneiland is een van de meest bezochte musea in Zuid-Afrika en kun je het beste ruim van tevoren reserveren. Neem even de tijd om na te denken over uw reis terug naar het vasteland nadat u meer te weten bent gekomen over de lange geschiedenis van het eiland en de cel van Nelson Mandela hebt gezien.

Ophalen bij accommodatie in Kaapstad. Je krijgt een gedeelde transfer van je hotel in Kaapstad naar het Silo District waar je wordt begeleid naar de Nelson Mandela Gateway.
We gaan naar het Silo District waar je wordt begeleid naar de Nelson Mandela Gateway. Hier chartert u een gedeeld Robbeneiland museum waar u wordt opgewacht door een voormalige politieke gevangene die de tour van het eiland zal leiden. (Houd er rekening mee dat onze Gids / chauffeur niet meegaat op de tour van het Robbeneiland museum.) De gehele tour duurt + - 4 uur inclusief hotel pick-up. Voor een deel van de tour wordt u per bus rond het eiland vervoerd, voordat u de gevangeniscel van Nelson Mandela bezoekt en de lange wandeling naar de vrijheid maakt. Bij onze aankomst terug bij de Jetty, zal uw reis Gids of chauffeur u ontmoeten bij de ingang van de Nelson Mandela Gateway. . Bezoek de kunstmatige faciliteiten . Bij onze aankomst terug bij de Jetty, zal uw reis Gids of chauffeur u ontmoeten bij de ingang van de Nelson Mandela Gateway en u terugbrengen naar uw hotel volgens ons arrangement.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Als internationale reizigers hun hotel, pension, pension of woonplaats niet in de lijst kunnen vinden, kunt u uw accommodatiegegevens handmatig invoeren in het tabblad Ophaaladres. Houd er rekening mee dat deze ophaaloptie alleen is voorbehouden aan internationale reizigers. Als u boekt onder het tarief voor Zuid-Afrikaanse burgers, is de transfer niet inbegrepen of toegepast. Onze pick-up radius is binnen 10 km (6 mijl) van de Kaapstad CBD. Alle hotels en verblijfplaatsen in het stadscentrum, Sea Point en Camps Bay komen in aanmerking voor retourvervoer. Er kunnen extra kosten van toepassing zijn als uw accommodatie buiten deze straal valt. Gelieve te wachten in de lobby van het hotel voor onze tour Gids om u op te halen op de geplande pick-up tijd. Houd er rekening mee dat onze Gids / chauffeur niet aan boord van de veerboot van Robbeneiland gaat; zij zullen u overbrengen naar de Nelson Mandela Gateway. Als u vatbaar bent voor zeeziekte, raden we u aan om zeeziektemedicatie in te nemen voordat u aan boord gaat. Neem ook een jas mee, draag comfortabele wandelschoenen en neem eten mee als dat nodig is. Zorg dat u een kopie van uw paspoort of ID bij de hand heeft op uw telefoon. Houd er rekening mee dat deze informatie alleen van toepassing is op transfers van en naar het hotel.

Robben Island really hit differently than I expected. The guides make the whole experience feel real because a lot of them actually lived through it. Standing outside Mandela’s cell was quiet and heavy, but I was also surprised by how calm and open the island is, with the ocean views everywhere. It’s not a light tourist spot, but I’m glad I went. It gave me a much better feel for South Africa’s history than any textbook could.
