Zodra uw cruise aankomt in de haven, zal ons team u direct buiten de haven ontmoeten wanneer u aankomt in Coxen Hole of in Mahogany Bay. U wordt opgehaald in een privéauto met uw persoonlijke chauffeur, wat zorgt voor een persoonlijke en privéservice. Vanaf daar vertrekken we om uw excursie voor de dag te beginnen.
U ontvangt een polsbandje waarmee u toegang krijgt tot een gereserveerde strandstoel, toiletten en een zoetwaterdouche in San Simón Beach Club of Mayan Princess Resort op West Bay Beach. Geniet van uitzonderlijk comfort en aandacht gedurende uw stranddag. Wanneer u er klaar voor bent, zorgen wij ervoor dat u op tijd terugkeert naar uw schip, volgens het schema.
Tijdige en gemakkelijke terugkeer naar de haven Na uw tour brengen we u ruim op tijd terug naar de haven voordat uw cruise vertrekt. We laten u in de haven achter en zorgen ervoor dat alles in orde is voordat we afscheid nemen. Ons doel is om een soepele en zorgeloze terugkeer te bieden, zodat u kunt ontspannen en genieten van uw reis.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
De vergadertijd is gepland voor een uur nadat uw schip in de haven is aangemeerd. De tijd van het schip en de lokale tijd kunnen verschillen, dus hebben we de vergadertijd dienovereenkomstig aangepast. Als de aankomsttijd van uw schip verandert, blijft de vergadertijd een uur na uw aankomst. U kunt indien mogelijk eerder dan een uur na het aanmeren van boord gaan, aangezien onze tourvertegenwoordigers beschikbaar zijn voordat uw schip aankomt. Wees gerust, als u er niet binnen het uur kunt zijn, zullen onze vertegenwoordigers op u wachten. VERGADERINSTRUCTIES VOOR HAVEN VAN ROATAN, COXEN HOLE: Ga na het van boord gaan de haven binnen en passeer de winkels en kunstmatige rotsen aan uw rechterkant. Ga rechtsaf richting "Piraña Joe" en ga rechtdoor, sla rechtsaf voor de "Tucán Gift Shop". Volg de borden richting "Port Offices", "Taxi" en "Exit" naar een overdekt paviljoen met kraampjes van tourbedrijven. Ga rechtdoor naar beveiligingspoort 1. We staan buiten met een bord "ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES". INSTRUCTIES VOOR MAHOGANY BAY CARNIVAL CRUISE PORT: Loop door het winkelcentrum en verlaat het winkelcentrum via de overdekte loopbrug. Ga linksaf op de weg en loop bergopwaarts naar de Security Gate. Loop de kleine heuvel af; ons personeel staat beneden met een bordje "ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES".

My visit to San Simón Beach Club at West Bay Beach was a highlight of my trip to Roatán. The location is absolutely unbeatable—West Bay really is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen, and this club is the perfect place to enjoy it. The atmosphere at the club was [relaxing/vibrant/luxurious], and the facilities were top-notch. The staff were [mention any specific staff member or just say "the entire team"]—they were incredibly friendly and made sure our drinks and food were always taken care of. It felt like a true escape. A few tips for others heading there: The best way to enjoy the day is [e.g., getting a chair right on the water’s edge/trying their signature cocktail]. If you’re planning to visit, I definitely recommend [e.g., arriving early to get a great spot/booking in advance]. I’m so glad we chose to spend our day here. Just a short ride to the west side of the island to a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach. The day we went it was very sunny and hot so we rented an umbrella installed for only $5. Waiters took really good care of us for the duration! Only downside is the constant beach vendors that are by every few minutes hawking their wares! A very good day was had!

This was the most incredible experience! Our driver Ruth was incredible, attentive, helped us get situated, played with our kids and stopped where we wanted to! We didn’t have to worry about being late to the ship or about anything - just enjoying our family! Highly recommend the excursion and Ruth!
Driver was super nice. The beach club was ok. Not as nice and luxurious as I expected by the description. No towels. Chairs available but no umbrellas and no shade (it cost more for that!). Service was very, very slow. The waitress didn’t know what two items were on the menu and had to ask. Prices were very high for the food like a high end US spot for average food. Water available but not bottles, just water served in a part cup. They automatically add 18% gratuity AND a 10% service charge then have a spot for extra tip - if you aren’t paying attention you might be charged close to 30% for pretty bad service. Bathrooms were with wooden stalls and ok but no A/C just a fan. My daughter got stung by a jellyfish. All in all the beach was pretty and nice spot but the “club” was pretty overpriced and far from “luxury”, service was poor and food was average but a place to get to a nice beach away from the ports and ships.
Who is a really nice time. Is a short excursion as we have young kids. Manny, our tour guide was very hospitable and made it easy for us to get to the beach and snorkel. Definitely worth it.
I cannot speak highly enough about Selna! She not only was very personable, she was knowledgeable about the island and so fun to spend the day with! We had day passes for San Simon resort which was very lovely.. the drinks were amazing:) and so was the food. We loved our day on Roatan and I believe it was because of Selna! What a gem!
Booked in advance whilst visiting on an MSC cruise. Booking was simple. Communication clear for pick up . Loved the beach resort and beach excellent facilities. Got us back to the ship on time Guide (Jamie) was really lovely told us lots of interesting facts. Stopped to take pics on way to port Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Jamie 👏

Seamless reservation the day prior to arriving in port. Set up to go to a beach resort for the day. Driver, Jonathan, was excellent and stayed with us the whole time. Made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us and our kids. Brought us to a place to eat and food was great and view amazing. Allowed us to stop for surveniors and snacks before getting to the ship. Well worth it
