Ga mee op een eilandavontuur vol met geweldig snorkelen zoals geen ander op het eiland bij de op één na grootste koraalrifbarrière ter wereld. Gasten krijgen 1 uur en 20 minuten om de stralende kleuren van het koraalrif en het zeeleven te verkennen. Ook kunt u het dierenreservaat bezoeken waar u luiaards en kapucijnapen, kleurrijke scharlaken ara's, geelkoppapegaaien en vele andere exotische dieren in hun natuurlijke habitat kunt zien. U kunt ook wandelen langs ongerepte witte zandstranden terwijl u uw tenen in de poederachtige korrels steekt terwijl u geniet van de warme zon, geniet van de cultuur van het eiland en geniet van de verrukkelijke gerechten in eilandstijl. Roatan staat bekend om zijn prachtige stranden en snorkelen in het kristalheldere turquoise water. Naast uw leuke dag vol activiteiten kunt u ook genieten van uw strandvakantie op uw eigen privéstrand tijdens uw bezoek aan Brady's Cay Private Island.

Bij de uitgangspoort halen je chauffeur en gids je op en nemen je mee op een autorit van 20 minuten naar het oosten op het eiland richting je eerste stop bij het dierenasiel genaamd Jungle topavontuur Roatan, waar je 45 minuten de tijd hebt om foto's te maken met exotische dieren in hun natuurlijke habitat,
Onze gast zal een 1 uur durende drift snorkelverkenning hebben op verschillende bezienswaardigheden op de 2e grootste en mooiste koraalrifbarrière ter wereld en een onderwater zeeavontuur van een mensenleven hier krijg je prachtige kleurrijke koraal, vissen en zeesterren te zien en af en toe verpleegsterhaaien, nadat je uit het water bent gekomen van je zeeavontuur is het tijd voor zon en ontspanning en voor je strandpauze, je tenen zinken in wit poederachtig zand of genieten van wat warm kristalhelder Caribisch water, met je eigen privéober tot je dienst hoef je je stoel niet te verlaten voor je drankjes of lunch te bestellen. U zult ongeveer 3 uur in deze faciliteit doorbrengen voordat u terugkeert naar uw schip.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
We halen onze reizigers op. Vergadertijd is gepland voor een uur nadat uw schip in de haven is aangemeerd. Verzendtijd en lokale tijd zijn soms anders dus passen we de vergadertijd hierop aan. Als de aankomsttijd van uw schip verandert, blijft de vergadertijd een uur nadat uw schip is aangemeerd. Onze tourvertegenwoordigers zijn beschikbaar in de haven voordat uw schip aankomt. U kunt er zeker van zijn dat als u niet in staat bent om binnen het uur te komen, onze vertegenwoordigers maximaal 3 uur na de geplande aanmeertijd van uw schip op u zullen wachten. Bij Isla Tropical (Mohogany Bay Port) halen we u op 1 uur nadat uw schip is aangemeerd. Zodra u van boord bent gegaan, gaat u naar de Main Exit gate, waar uw chauffeur en Gids op u wachten met een bord met uw naam . Je loopt de betonnen heuvel op en omlaag naar de uitgangspoort. Je kunt ook een taxi nemen naar de gate als je niet wilt lopen. Voor Coxen Hole, Port Roatan. Wij halen u op 1 uur nadat uw schip is aangemeerd of zodra u uw schip kunt ontschepen, zodat we de drukte kunnen verslaan en met uw activiteiten kunnen beginnen. Zodra u uw schip heeft verlaten loopt u gewoon langs alle verkopers en gaat u verder naar Exit Gate #2, waar uw chauffeur en Gids op u zullen wachten met een bord met ons bedrijfslogo RoatanBreakawayTours. Voor Hotel's en Airbnb's als u niet ziet uw adres vermeld in onze pick-up lijst , stuur dan gewoon per sms uw locatie en gelukkig zullen we er zijn om u op te halen op uw gevraagde tijd .

Jason picked us at port, he's an excellent driver. The sloth and monkey tour was awesome! Mischievous monkeys jump on you! Then the beach break was beautiful. Finally snorkeling was wonderful! Jason made sure we were back to the ship on time. No worries! I'd ask for him again!!
This experience was such a treat. We got to experience Roatan and its beautiful waters. When in the beach it never felt crowded, there was always plenty of chairs and space to hang out. Our tour guide jayjay/ JJ (not sure which spelling he goes with) was wonderful! Despite us arriving late jayjay made sure we got to get our entire experience without feeling rushed or crammed for time. In addition, we got to stop at a restaurant to get some native food. Honestly, the whole experience was a treat and jayjay was a great tour guide. We hope to return soon and get to have jayjay as our tour guide again.

This is a great deal if you want to go snorkeling at the reef and get up close and personal with the animals. The animal viewing was not at the park, which is what we wanted and hoped, but we enjoyed the time at AJs just the same. Who doesn't want to get up close and personal with sloths??? The snorkeling was fantastic, and they tailored it to our wants as we were the only ones on the excursion. We did NOT want to spend ANY time at the beach area - it was super commercial and enclosed and touristy - so they let us stay out snorkeling longer. We were so lucky to have been the only ones on this particular tour; otherwise we would have been disappointed. The guides were fantastic and very accommodating to our interests.

Our guide was very nice. Told us a lot about Roatan. The animal sanctuary she took us to, was great. Clean, the animal handlers were knowledgeable and friendly. Our only complaint was that when we got to the beach club, she said we would only be there 20mins then we would get on the boat to go out snorkeling. After 45mins, she came back and told us it would only be 20 more minutes. 30 minutes goes by, we are hungry, so we ordered food. As soon as we got our food, she came and told us the boat was there. We had to leave our food. Somewhere, someone had a communication breakdown that cost us hot food. And then we felt like our snorkeling part was rushed. The boat driver had to make several attempts at the bouy which, I'm sure, cost us time. They were all really nice, but we were barely gone an hour.

Overall we had an enjoyable adventure. We were able to find the tour company easily after getting off the port. We walked a few more minutes to get to their van and we were on our way. Our drive Enrique was friendly and informative. Our first stop was to see the animals - guinea pigs, tropical birds (which go on your arm!), sloth and monkeys. Tour doesn’t take too long but you do get to interact with each. Next stop was the beach club where you can swim, eat and then snorkel. The communication of when you are going snorkeling could be better as it wasn’t clear how much time we had to eat and swim. I believe a few people had the same issue as a few families had to being their food on board the snorkel boat and eat it quickly. Definitely an improvement point for them. The food and drink cost pretty much the same as any tourist spot. I believe most food items were $15-$20USD. The snorkel adventure was fun, we felt it was the right amount of time given. Some nice coral and fish to see. Also it was nice that as we moved along the boat followed. Once we finished that our driver brought us back in plenty of time to get back on the cruise ship. I would recommend this adventure.

We were provided a private SUV with a driver, who was flexible to add a stop at the Chocolate Factory, even though it was not listed on the excursion. She was very friendly, informative, helpful and mindful of the time for each activity and the return to the ship. The Monkeys and Sloth experience was terrific. It is a once-in-a- lifetime experience to be so close and personal to the animals. The private beach club we were taken to next, Brady's Cay, was perfect; white sandy beaches, plenty of lounge chairs with mats and umbrellas, full bar and lunch available, waiter tended to us at our beach chairs, cocktails served in a pineapple if desired, Caribbean music playing, and clean bathroom and shower facilities. Finally, we were taken on a boat for snorkeling. The boat and snorkeling staff were very nice and concerned with our safety. The snorkeling equipment was modern, new, and clean. There was not much to see at the reef, but the boat ride, the water, and the experience was still very enjoyable.

Fantastic day! Dale was our guide and we could not have had a better experience. He went way above and beyond to show us the island and tell us about the culture. His great grandma and all his cousins should be very very proud!

It's not easy to find your tour guide- they said they would have a sign with our name on it but did not. Seemed unorganized and poor communication throughout the trip.

Every day that there is a ship in port we have company representative at the exit gate holding a sing with our company logo RoatanBreakawayTours who will receive you and Introduce you to your Driver Guide, these instructions is provided to every guest after they have booked . And on the day of your excursion they're where many other other guest that was received in the same way and went out to their excursions. We came on a cruise ship and did this tour when we docked in Roatan, it was a great trip, one thing to note is you need to walk out of the cruise terminal to meet the driver, keep going past the main gate and there are lots of people waiting there. Jay was very friendly and took us to to the various places as just our family. The sloth and monkey sanctuary was great, the kids highlight of the whole cruise. Snorkeling and beach great tooz Jay was flexible with picking up times and got us to the cruise ship on time at the time we wanted. Definitely recommend
