De Crystal Palace Tour is een 45 - 55 minuten durende begeleide wandeltocht door de eerste 1/4 mijl van de grot. Dit deel van de grot is aangepast om verlichting, paden, treden en leuningen te bevatten. Educatie is de focus van onze tours en uw Gids zal uitleggen hoe grotten zich vormen, een geschiedenis van de grot bieden en wijzen op een grote verscheidenheid aan formaties, zoals stalactieten, stalagmieten, frisdrankrietjes en nog veel meer, waaronder zeldzame schild- en helictietformaties! Gasten hebben ook de kans om grotdieren te bekijken, waaronder vleermuizen en salamanders, evenals oude fossielen. Fotografie is welkom, maar je moet de groep bijhouden. Ter herinnering: onze grot is niet rolstoel- of kinderwagentoegankelijk.

This cavern tour was SO cool. The guide, Lilith, was knowledgable and friendly and clearly excited about the experience as well. I definitely want to come back for the more adventurous cave crawl next time
Both the walking tour and cave crawl are amazing. Tour guides are knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional.
We had a wonderful experience. Our guide was knowledgeable about all things science and took the time to show us the beauty of the cave. She truly has a passion for what she does and it shines through. She even offered and took pictures of each group in the cave. Thank you for a wonderful tour!

The Cave itself was Beautiful. However, the lack of funding put into the maintenance of the Entrance to the cave and Giftshop was very noticeable.
