My group of 6 and I have been white water rafting for years. When we go to the Ocoee, we ALWAYS use Cherokee. Booking is easy, the price is great, the guides are amazing. We've never had a bad guide, but this last trip we had Rebekah. She was AMAZING. She so clearly loved being on the water and really knew the river well. She made sure our trip was fantastic.

We were there on 6/20/26 and did the full river, which takes about five hours. The rapids were a blast—fast, exciting, and just the right mix of thrilling without feeling dangerous. Our guide, Josh H was awesome, very knowledgeable about the river and the entire process. We will definitely be booking with him on our next trip! The Ocoee’s scenery is absolutely stunning, especially those mountain views around every bend. Highly recommend Cherokee Rafting for anyone looking for a memorable trip! Ask for Josh H! -Candace

Great experience with fun guides. Lunch was great and June is a great month to go. Thanks to Justin for being a great river guide. We took one spill but it was caused by another company’s guide getting in front of us. Everyone was ok and I enjoyed the swim!

What an incredible day on the Ocoee! Our group had an absolute blast running the full river — the rapids were thrilling without being overwhelming, making it the perfect adventure for everyone in our group. Our guide Travis was fantastic from start to finish; knowledgeable, energetic, and clearly passionate about the river. One of the highlights was getting to hop in and swim a few section— a memory he won’t forget anytime soon! The whole experience struck a great balance between excitement and accessibility. Super fun and exciting rafting trip! The full Ocoee is rad, with tons of class four rapids to soak you! Our guide Hendley was seasoned and knowledgable-great bbq lunch too! Do the full trip, you won't regret it!

I went with the RYLA leadership camp w/ Raft1 and it was so much fun!! It was my first time whitewater rafting and our guide, fearless leader Wilson, made it extra special and awesome.

This trip with Cherokee rafting was phenomenal. Our guides name ironically was Cherokee. He is first class and made the trip one me and my son will never forget. Also, the other guides interacted with us as well and felt like friends when we were done. I highly recommend this company and look forward to rafting with them again soon.
