Stop 1: Natuurlijke Grot met Kristalhelder Water Duik in een verfrissende ervaring in een verborgen grot midden in de natuur. Hier kunt u zwemmen in het koele, kristalheldere water - perfect voor onvergetelijke foto's en magische momenten. Het is een ideale plek om los te koppelen en te genieten van een pure, natuurlijke omgeving.
Stop 3: Macao Beach We eindigen de tour met een hoogtepunt – een van de mooiste en meest ongerepte stranden van Punta Cana: Macao Beach. Hier kunt u ontspannen, langs de kust wandelen of gewoon genieten van het prachtige Caribische landschap. Je hebt ook tijd voor foto’s en als je wilt, kun je een drankje of hapje kopen direct aan zee.
Stop 2: Traditioneel Dominicaans huis Beleef een cultureel moment in een authentiek Dominicaans plattelandshuis. Je leert hoe de lokale bevolking leeft, ziet hoe koffie, cacao en andere biologische producten worden verbouwd en geniet van de kans om de traditionele smaken van het land te proeven. Vervoer heen en terug inbegrepen Uw avontuur begint op het moment dat we u ophalen bij de ingang van uw hotel of Airbnb. U stapt op onze safari-stijl bus, een comfortabel en open voertuig perfect voor groepen en om onderweg te genieten van het schilderachtige uitzicht. De rit naar de ranch is vermakelijk, met bezienswaardigheden van het Dominicaanse platteland en een korte introductie van onze gidsen. Na de buggyrit keren we terug naar het startpunt en brengt ons vervoer je veilig en comfortabel terug naar je accommodatie, wat een complete ervaring van avontuur en cultuur oplevert.
Tropisch bos avontuur Tijdens de buggytour begint u aan een spannende reis over landelijke wegen en paden diep in het tropische woud van Punta Cana. Je rijdt door weelderige bomen, oneffen terrein, modderpoelen en wilde natuur – wat de ervaring nog spannender, leuker en vol adrenaline maakt.

MACAO & UVERO ALTO (Verdere Hotels) : Ophalen begint later, tot 8 uur : 10 uur / 11 uur : 10 uur / 14 uur : 10 uur, afhankelijk van het door u geselecteerde tijdslot. Belangrijke opmerkingen : - Pick-up begint 1,5 uur voor uw geplande tour tijd. - Zorg ervoor dat u 5 minuten voor de door u toegewezen ophaaltijd klaarstaat bij de aangewezen ophaallocatie van uw hotel (lobby, poort of vergaderlocatie), de chauffeurs mogen slechts 5 minuten wachten. - Bevestig vooraf de exacte locatie bij uw hotelreceptie. I booked an excursion with this company in Punta Cana to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was meant to be a highlight of our trip. Instead, it turned into a complete waste of time and money. We were given a confirmed pickup time at our resort. We were ready early and waited in the designated area. No one ever showed up. No call. No text. No message. Nothing. After waiting well past the pickup window, we tried contacting the company multiple times through every method provided. Responses were nonexistent. There was zero urgency, accountability, or customer care especially unacceptable for a paid, scheduled service. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. This was a birthday plan that could not be replaced last-minute. When you’re on vacation, time is the most valuable thing you have and this company wasted ours completely. What makes this worse is that we are still waiting on a refund for a service that was never provided. At no point did we cancel. They simply failed to show up. There is no justification for holding onto our money. If you’re considering booking with this company, be aware: • Confirmations mean nothing. • Pickup reliability is questionable. • Communication is poor when problems arise. • Refunds are not handled promptly or professionally. There are plenty of excursion companies in Punta Cana. Choose one that values your time, your money, and your experience. Unfortunately, this one does not. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially for special occasions.

While this explains what happened, we fully acknowledge that it does not undo the inconvenience or disappointment you experienced. For that, we offer our sincerest apologies. We take full responsibility for this failure and have already taken corrective steps to ensure this does not happen again. We genuinely regret that your celebration was impacted and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. Everything was nice. The cave was just very crowded. Couldn’t get an opportunity to get in, but we definitely enjoyed everything other than that.
