In 4 jaar activiteit in mijn pasta winkel ontving ik veel nominaties: in de prestigieuze "Gambero Rosso" gids van 2017 en als de beste onder 10 pastafabrieken in Rome. In Italië is de "pastafabriek" een plaats waar verse pasta wordt geproduceerd en verkocht aan degenen die het thuis willen koken. Ik werd geïnspireerd door de pasta die mijn grootmoeder zich voordeed toen ik klein was. Het was een heel speciale pasta en vandaag realiseerde ik mijn droom, omdat ik er trots op ben om in mijn "pastafabriek" de oude Italiaanse methode te leren om pasta te maken voor honderden mensen die willen leren hoe ze gezonde pasta kunnen eten volgens de echte Italiaanse traditie die alle liefde en passie van mijn familie doorgeeft. Vandaag zet ik mezelf in voor het organiseren van hoogwaardige kookcursussen om op een eenvoudige en effectieve manier te leren hoe je verse ambachtelijke pasta kunt maken, waardoor je erin slaagt om alle recepten van de les thuis te maken.

What a terrific evening in Rome- great way to learn pasta making by a true professional and have fun along the way. No expertise needed- so great for families with teenagers. Chef Angelo is so charming & kind- and he totally knows his pasta! Loved our experience- will recommend to all our friends!
It was a lot of fun. My wife and I really enjoyed it. It was educational and the atmosphere was good.
Phenomenal time with Angelo. We attended the class with our two teenage boys, 17 & 15, and they said it was the best part of our trip to Italy. Angelo did an amazing job explaining everything and made it fun at the same time. I am ready to cook homemade pasta at home. Grazie Angelo!
It was very informative ,hands on from scratch thru all the prossess. We had a lot of fun and learning

excellent and exciting. I was skeptical if i can learn anything new l, but I did indeed. The chef is very knowledgeable, and explaiins everything.. Observes you while working and corrects the technique . A must do in Rome
