Meer dan een taxi. Uw reis door Roatan begint met ons die contact met u opneemt via sms, WhatsApp of telefoontje om de details van uw boeking te beoordelen. Vervolgens ontvangt u specifieke vergaderinstructies, afhankelijk van uw ophaallocatie en het vervoermiddel. Afhankelijk van uw groepsgrootte en onze ophaalroute, wachten we op verdere reizigers die op dezelfde vlucht komen of gasten in dezelfde douanerij. Onze wachttijden zijn nooit langer dan 30 minuten en vaak rijden Shared Shuttle gasten in privé voertuigen. We onderscheiden ons van andere pendeldiensten dankzij onze toewijding aan het comfort en de schema's van onze gasten. Wij passen ons aan u en uw feest aan. Ook zijn onze chauffeurs inwoners van Roatan of volwaardige eilandbewoners en kennen ze het land, de cultuur en de geschiedenis van dit prachtige eiland. Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Voor luchthavenreizigers : Zoek naar chauffeurs met het Roatan Airport Shuttles shirt, borden en logo's bij lokale havens, luchthavens en de gewenste ophaalbestemming. Wij bevestigen de naam van uw chauffeur voor uw aankomst. Voor veerbootgasten: Nadat u van boord bent gegaan en uw bagage hebt opgehaald, zoekt u ons op in de terminal met een bord met onze naam en logo (Roatan Airport Shuttles). Uw chauffeur zal ook een bord met uw naam erop hebben. Gezien de uren voor aankomst van de veerboot adviseren wij een snel ontschepingsproces. Voor retour ophalen (Hotels, Airbnb's, etc) : Ons bedrijf zal contact met u opnemen via sms, WhatsApp of e-mail om uw terugreis en de beste tijd voor ophalen te verifiëren. Ophalen voor vertrek vindt plaats 3 uur voordat uw vliegtuig vertrekt. Voor nationale vluchten is de ophaaltijd 2 uur voor vertrek van de vlucht.

5-Star experience with my transportation experiences. Easy to book and the communication beforehand was exactly what I needed. Mario was waiting for me both times, ready even before it our pickup times. Also he provided great history of the island, pointed out interesting spots, gave me recommendations on food and tours when I asked and made the trips very enjoyable! Our transportation folks here could learn a lot from them! Thanks for making this enjoyable and easy!!
When my Resort didn't respond to my request for transportation from the airport, I checked in to Viator, and I'm really glad I did. They responded right away and the trip cost me much less than what I would have paid. The driver was waiting for me outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name. He was very friendly and gave me a lot of history of the island, along with tips on places to eat and things to do. I only hope I get this driver for my trip back to the airport

Outstanding service from Roatan Airport Shuttle and our driver, Mario! Our connecting flight was significantly delayed, and we didn't arrive in Roatán until the next day. Even with this unexpected change, Mario stayed in contact and had absolutely no problem adjusting our pickup time. He was waiting for us at the airport right on time, which was a huge relief after a long travel day. Mario is not only an excellent and safe driver, but he is also incredibly knowledgeable about the island. During our ride, he shared fascinating stories about Roatán's history, culture, and local landmarks. It was like getting a private island tour from a local expert. His professionalism, patience, and friendly personality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend this company for transportation in Roatan. The communication was excellent even before I arrived. Mario met me at the airport with a sign that had my name on it. He even took me to a grocery store and helped me pick out some delicious local snacks. I even used them for transportation besides the airport and everything worked out great. Also, shout out to Adrian who picked me up and took me to my return flight. The prices were great and the customer service was amazing!!!!

Mario was the best! He was so incredibly nice and told us all about Roatan while driving us to our hotel. He helped us shop for groceries and was such a pleasure to meet! Would 100% book again.

Communication was amazing and very prompt service. Car from airport was a bit tight to resort for 2 couples. Van back to airport was perfect and driver more engaging! (First driver didn’t say a word….likely no English.)
