Every polite & efficient. Language barrier, but provided a great service. Arrived on time and got us to airport in time promised.

We needed to rapidly change our plans in Punta Cana -- it was easter Sunday and my phone wasn't working properly in the DR. I asked around and was told to try Sol Cana for transportation services. To my surprise, Antonio, who runs SC, answered my call mid day on Easter Sunday. He spoke perfect English and took great care of us. His driver, Eddie, was early, professional, dressed nicely and helped us with our luggage (lots of bags!..traveling with 3 kids and wife). The DR can be a bit chaotic to get to where you need to go, and many folks feel unsafe travelling there and everyone worries they will get ripped off by illegitimate vendors....i HIGHLY recommend Sol Cana -- we will only use them in the DR going forward -- they are priced more than fairly and do EXACTLY what they say they will do. Antonio looked after us and was highly responsive --- I heard him personally checking on us via a call he made to Eddie the driver --- same thing, when we needed to get from the Cruise terminal back to the airport -- We called Antonio and he took care of it without a hitch. The van was nice, clean and spacious ---- in hindsight, we wish we booked all of our excursions through Antonio and Sol Cana Tours -- Great Job Antonio!

The driver was nice, very accommodating and drove us safely to our destination. It was a smooth ride. I will definitely recommend and use them again.

Despite a little confusion over pickup, the driver was great, that van was comfortable and we were safely delivered for our airport departure.

We booked this company on a whim, and could not have been more pleased. We needed transportation from Punta cana airport to the hotel, two days later the hotel to the pier in LaRomana, and then 14 days later the pier to Punta cana airport. Each time they were at least 15 minutes early, the vans were clean , the driver was very polite . The drivers were all great drivers , not the usual scarey speeding life flashing before your eyes driving. The drivers are very skilled at Tetris , we as a group of 6 adults had a lot of luggage that some how fit into the van . I have recommended this company to my travel agent , if she has clients that need transportion in the DR.

We used Sol Cana twice during our DR trip. Once to go from La Romana Cruise port to Punta Cana Ocean El Faro and our exit from the resort to the Punta Cana airport. Both trips were provided by our driver Hector. He and the company were outstanding!! Sol Cana is on top of their game!! The company/service has its own website which allows you to book your transportation trip and pay for it right there. Even if we didn't pay ahead, we could of still book the transport. At the same time you can establish communication via WhatsApp or the company phone number with the dispatcher or operator which are super helpful. Both times, Hector was on site ahead of schedule. During the trips, he was super nice and was able to converse with us about their services as well as other good conversation topics. He made the experience comfortable and got us were we needed to be safely and on time. We definitely will use their service for our future endeavors. Sol Cana A++

We booked a one way cruise to the Dominican Republic last minute and needed a ride from the port to the airport. For some reason the cruise line wasn’t able to offer us transportation for hire so I turned to the internet. I read reviews of this transportation company and decided to give them a try. Email confirmation was quick, communication by text day before and day of was very reassuring. Driver was on time and was GREAT! Safe, clean, comfortable ride. Would use them again. Definitely recommend.
