Ontmoet uw privégids in uw hotel of op een ander adres in Salzburg. Spring op uw luxe minibus en geniet van een privétour van 6 uur. Ervaar de parel van het Lake District, Hallstatt, UNESCO-werelderfgoed. Tour door het Lake District met uw privégids. Stop aan de oever van het smaragdgroene meer van Fuschl (Paleis Fuschl). Bezoek iconische bezienswaardigheden op weg naar Hallstatt. Geniet van het uitzicht over de Wolfgangsee vanaf een geweldig uitzichtpunt in St. Gilgen. Rijd door Bad Ischl, de voormalige zomerhoofdstad van de grote Oostenrijks-Hongaarse monarchie. In Hallstatt krijgt u de mogelijkheid om aan boord van de kabelbaan te stappen naar de Hallstatt Skywalk, 360 meter boven de stad (optioneel, extra kosten). Geniet vervolgens van de tijd om verborgen juweeltjes te ontdekken, door charmante straatjes te slenteren, te winkelen of te lunchen in een restaurant aan het meer (op eigen kosten). Op weg naar huis wacht ons het Gosauermeer met de glinsterende Dachsteingletsjer op de achtergrond voor een korte stop.

We verlaten de stad Salzburg op onze weg naar het Lake District. Uw privégids zal uitleg geven over de stad Salzburg en hoe deze gedurende vele jaren een onafhankelijk vorstendom was, geregeerd door de katholieke kerk en het belang van zout en hoe dit de groei van de stad beïnvloedde. Andere aandachtspunten zullen worden uitgelegd op de route naar Hallstatt. U zult genieten van ons buiten de gebaande paden over de bergen, waar u kunt genieten van de ongerepte natuur.
Loop naar het smaragdgroene meer van Fuschl, leg een foto van het kasteel Fuschl, een voormalig jachthuis van de Prins Aartsbisschoppen, gebouwd in 1450. Geniet van een panoramisch uitzicht op de omliggende bergen die het meer omlijsten.
Bewonder de prachtige architectuur van het hoofdkwartier van Red Bull en bekijk een van de grootste beeldhouwwerken in gegoten brons in Europa.
Geniet van een dramatisch uitzicht boven de Wolfgangsee en de stad St. Gilgen. Dit is het gebied dat werd getoond tijdens de openingsscène van de Sound of Music. Je hebt ook uitzicht op de Schafberg waar Maria en de kinderen de trein naar de picknickweide namen.
Zie het stadscentrum van St. Gilgen, inclusief het stadhuis, de fontein van Mozart en de geboorteplaats van de moeder van Mozart.
Optioneel: Neem de trein naar de Skywalk. Wanneer je op de "Skywalk" staat, ligt Hallstatt daar aan je voeten. Je kijkt neer op de wereldberoemde Werelderfgoedstad, de bakermat van de Hallstatt-periode. Hallstätter See schitterde op mystieke wijze als een fjord tegen de middeleeuwse stad, prachtig geflankeerd door de spectaculaire vergezichten van de Dachstein.
In Hallstatt wijst uw privégids alle verborgen pareltjes van de stad aan, waaronder een prachtige fotospot van Hallstatt, Charnel House (Bone House), Hallstatt Museum, Hallstatt-waterval "Waldbachstrub", het Sky View-platform, de lokale woning van Hallstatt gebied en meer. Je hebt 2 uur om Hallstatt met al zijn bezienswaardigheden te verkennen, en je kunt lunchen in een van de prachtige restaurants aan het meer in Hallstatt (lunch is niet inbegrepen in de prijs).

This was the highlight of our time in Salzburg! I cannot stress enough how magical this part of the country is and yes, there’s a reason why people visit these lakes and Hallstatt- GO!!! And, if you can get Luciano as your guide, you’re in for a treat!! Very kind and informative plus he suggested some last minute add on experiences that allowed us to extend this enchanting day and see more sites. Truly worth every single penny!!

We had the most amazing day on this tour. Our guide was Michael Toth who is very personable & has a wonderful knowledge of the area & environment. We had an early start to the day which was most beneficial as we got to have a look around Hallstatt & then on to the 5 Fingers before the crowds arrived. The vehicle we travelled in was clean & very comfortable. This was our first day of vacation after a long day of travel and it was great to have Lucano show us around and share the beauties of Alstatt. He did a great job beating the crowds and sharing a few surprises we never would have found our own. You know it’s a good day, when my 2 teenage daughters were impressed and enjoyed.
We did this tour with Michael Toth. The tour is a wonderful experience, and Michael was a fantastic guide. Hallstadt is truly like a fairy tale little town, the drive gives you some fantastic views. Michael did a great job as tour guide for our family, great driver, highlighting all key aspects along the way, and very good balance between time explaining some history of the city and key highlights and also giving some time to explore by yourself. We highly recommend both, the tour and Michael as a guide. Enjoy!!!

Michael was the perfect tour guide and gave us an incredible experience. He gave us plenty of options to customize our tour and was very flexible with our timeline throughout the day. He knows so much about the area and we learned a ton about the history of each area we went through while taking the time to just take in the beauty. He gave us an amazing walking tour of Hallstatt and then flexible time to explore the town on our own. I highly recommend this tour and Michael specifically if you are lucky enough to get him!
Michael, our guide, welcomed us warmly into our first day in Salzburg. He gave an in-depth experience of Salzburg, Hallstatt, the surrounding area and local architecture, as well as interesting historical facts. He was very a great source of ideas for sightseeing, points of interest, as well as outdoor activities. He was wonderful and we felt like family!
View was amazing but the our guide/driver was quite quiet so he didn’t share that much information during the drive, and when he did he was so soft that only the one at the passenger seat could hear him. In Hallstatt he also just dropped us off for 2 hours, but I guess there was no parking so he had to deal with that.

First off all I would like to say that our guides have been with us for years and we have always gotten great feedback as you can see on all the other reviews. Hallstatt is a very beautiful but busy little Village. Due to its unique location between the Alps and the lake parking space is very limited. As we visited Hallstatt in absolute high season it was impossible to park and walk into the town with you. We always try to do so but please kindly note that this tour doesn’t include a walking tour in Hallstatt. We also offer tours with driver and separate guide that include a walking tour in Hallstatt. On the option with driver and separate guide the guide will always be with you while the driver parks the van. Once again thank you for your time, we are grateful for any feedback.
