Ervaar de vele gezichten van Dhaka op een privé dagtocht van de moderne hoofdstad naar het historische hart van Oud-Dhaka. Begin bij het levendige Kawran Bazar, een van de drukste lokale markten van de stad, en verken vervolgens iconische bezienswaardigheden zoals het Nationale Parlementsgebouw, Curzon Hall, Shahid Minar en de Baitul Mukarram Moskee. Ga verder naar Oud Dhaka om Hossaini Dalan, Fort Lalbagh, Star Moskee, Armeense Kerk, Ahsan Manzil en Shankhari Bazar te ontdekken, waar eeuwen van geschiedenis, diverse gemeenschappen en het dagelijks leven samenkomen. Kawran Bazar is een zakenwijk en een van de grootste grondstoffenmarkten in de stad Dhaka, de hoofdstad van Bangladesh. Het is een aangewezen commercieel gebied van de Dhaka North City Corporation. De grootste lokale groothandelsmarkt voor fruit uit Bangladesh is hier gevestigd.
Het Nationale Parlementsgebouw is het huis van het parlement van Bangladesh, gelegen in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in de Bengaalse hoofdstad Dhaka. Het complex werd ontworpen toen het land nog deel uitmaakte van Pakistan door architect Louis Kahn en is een van de grootste wetgevende complexen ter wereld, met een oppervlakte van 208 hectare.
De Curzon Hall is een gebouw uit het Britse Raj-tijdperk en de thuisbasis van de Faculteit der Wetenschappen van de Universiteit van Dhaka, gelegen in Shahbagh. De Shaheed Minar is een nationaal monument in Dhaka, Bangladesh, opgericht om de doden te herdenken tijdens de Bengaalse Taalbeweging-demonstraties van 1952 in het toenmalige Oost-Pakistan
De Hussaini Dalan is een Imambara die oorspronkelijk werd gebouwd tijdens de tweede helft van de Mughal-heerschappij in de 17e eeuw in Dhaka. Het werd gebouwd als de Imambara van de sjiitische moslimgemeenschap

Shankhari Bazaar is een van de oudste gebieden in het oude Dhaka, algemeen bekend als Shankhari Potti. Het strekt zich uit langs een smalle straat, omzoomd met rijkelijk versierde bakstenen gebouwen, gebouwd tijdens de late Mughal- of koloniale periode.

Absolutely fantastic tour! Rabbi is a wonderful guide and a lovely person, and expertly took me through Dhaka for a brilliant day out covering all of the main sites in one day. Not only did he personalise the tour and ensure nothing was missed, but Rabbi also answered any questions about Dhaka and Bangladesh in general. It was a lot of fun and very interesting. Thanks to Mitsu’s wonderful arrangements, I had a precious experience that I will never forget! Since we were visiting with a group of architects, we spent the morning touring the Louis Kahn-designed Capitol and Hospital. The overwhelming beauty and presence of the space moved me to tears. After that, we went to Old Dhaka via Independence Memorial Museum (which is closed on the day) and University of Dhaka. I was able to spend a very stimulating time feeling the enthusiasm and the energy of life in the city. The river activities we experienced along the way were also very satisfying. The day concluded with a visit to the Muzharul Islam-designed Faculty of Arts, Dhaka University, where we safely returned to our hotel. Originally, it was only planned to be at the National Diet Building, but with our intentions in mind, they flexibly attended to the rest of the tour, making it a truly great day. I am truly grateful. Thank you very much.

An exceptional experience that transformed our time in Dhaka. We had Rabbi as a guide, you can feel the love he has for his country, he can discuss any subject, knows the history of the city and Bangladesh perfectly, and speaks fluent English. We had an amazing experience with Rabbi in Dhaka! He is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and professional. You can ask him absolutely anything about Bangladesh, its history, culture, or daily life, and he always has an interesting answer. We visited during a public holiday, so many places in Old Dhaka were closed. However, Rabbi adapted the itinerary perfectly and still managed to show us the true spirit and atmosphere of the city. He also took us to a fantastic traditional local restaurant that we would never have found on our own. The driver and tour guide arrived early at pick up point. They were friendly and we proceeded with the tour. Overall we went to all the 10 sites with ease since it was Eid holidays and no traffic. The guide explained the history of the sites and all were interesting. Lunch and water were p4ovided . The trip was good.
