Lalbag Fort, ook bekend als Lalbagh Kella, is een historisch fortcomplex in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Gebouwd in de late 17e eeuw door Mughal prins Muhammad Azam, was het bedoeld om te dienen als een militaire versterking en een paleis.
Een lokale edelman, Mirza Ghulam Pir (geb. 1860), bouwde oorspronkelijk de moskee en vandaar stond het bekend als Mirza Ghulam Pir Moskee. Later, in 1926, renoveerde een zakenman genaamd Ali Jan Bepari de moskee met sterren en andere motieven. De moskee kreeg toen haar huidige naam Tara (ook Sitara) Masjid.

Ahsan Manzil staat ook wel bekend als het Roze Paleis. Dit was het officiële residentiële paleis en de zetel van de Nawab van Dhaka. Het gebouw is gelegen in Kumartoli langs de oevers van de Buriganga rivier in Dhaka, Bangladesh. De bouw werd gestart in 1859 en werd voltooid in 1872. Het werd gebouwd in de Indo-Saracenic Revival architectuur. Het is aangewezen als nationaal museum.
Ship Breaking & Repairing Yard is tegenwoordig een trendy attractie in Dhaka. Vooral deze plek is nummer 1 op de lijst van fotografen die Bangladesh bezoeken. Absolutely incredible. You must request Nazmul because he was the best guide could’ve asked for. Really helped to adapt the tour to what I wanted to see and got to do multiple tuktuks and even go on boat ride! Learned a lot about history and current life here in Bangladesh. And even got to try some local snacks and tea

Tour was really great.
