Op basis van uw ervaring zult u: Bezoek het dorp Embera Tusipono. Zwemmen bij een waterval Traditioneel lunchen Foto's maken Hier vertellen de inboorlingen over hun manier van leven. Dans traditionele Embera-muziek en dansen. Geniet van een traditionele kanotocht. Maak mooie foto's.

We hebben de mogelijkheid om een traditionele kano te berijden voor een korte rit over de Chagres-rivier, een wandeling te maken naar een waterval in de jungle waar je kunt zwemmen (zorg ervoor dat je je badkleding meeneemt) :). We bezoeken een traditioneel Embera-dorp. Je leert over hun traditionele gerechten, hebt een traditionele en heerlijke lunch (verse vis en bakbananen) inbegrepen in de tour. De dorpelingen zullen culturele dansen doen en praten over hun cultuur, manier van leven en hoe zij de beschermers zijn van de jungle van het Panamakanaal en zijn eco-omgeving. Als u het dorp verlaat, kunt u winkelen voor traditioneel handwerk en souvenirs gemaakt door lokale mensen, zelfs uw handen op de traditionele Embera-manier laten schilderen en foto's maken. Tijdens een tour van 8 uur zal ik je ophalen en afzetten bij je hotel in Panama City in een privévoertuig met airconditioning Tijdens deze tour zul je zeker een culturele ervaring van je leven hebben. Ophalen bij elk hotel, huis, AirBNB of cruiseschiphaven in Panama City. Buitengebieden zoals Playa Bonita en Tocumen hebben een toeslag. Ook kunnen tegen een meerprijs speciale arrangementen worden gemaakt voor het ophalen bij de Colon.

This should not be classified as any type of "tour." There was no guide, just a driver who didn't speak any English. We didn't learn any history about the village. Would NOT recommend.
Thank you for your feedback. The tour is in an Embera Village with access only by canoe. Once you get there, the indigenous show you and welcome you to their lifestile, culture and food. Sorry they did not provide any type of information in English.
Overall experience is positive. I wish the tribe could organize a walking tour inside one of the houses to see, so we can decide to stay overnight for more deeper exploration

We had a glorious day with our guide, Nathaniel. Swimming in the waterfall, and visiting the tribe was perfect. Lunch was fabulous too! Highly recommend this trip.
The Emberá community and our tour guide Norman were wonderful! The tour provider was lacking and having more clarity of expectations online or follow up communication would be helpful including to: wear water shoes- the walk to the waterfall is rocky and wet, bring your own water (lunch does not include a beverage and none are for sale), we had asked in advance if the lunch would be safe for someone in our group with Celiac disease who is allergic to gluten and told yes it was very fresh fish, fruit, and plantains. We asked again at the village and realized wheat flour was used for the fish and was not safe. While Norman was wonderful we do wonder if it would have been better to use a provider who gave us more information from the beginning.
We stayed at the Dreams Playa Bonitia Resort. This was a family holiday with our 2 1/2 year old grandaughter and our family. The Resort was great, staff were first class. The food and variety was excellent. Weather was hot and humid. Resort was maintained very well. We would return to this Resort again. Ted & Cathy

This tour was amazing! The tour guide, Ben, from Vita Venturas tours (booked through Viator), was so knowledgeable and accommodating. He was early to pick me up, he made the trip feel very special, he was always there to explain things to me, he stopped to allow me to take photographs and even stopped for dessert on the way home. The Emberá tribe were the nicest people you will meet, their community spirit was second to none, they were so kind and opened their homes and their lives to us. Everything about this trip was beautiful! Your sense of colour and touch and taste will all be heightened in this trip. Enjoy! Thanks Ben for an amazing experience!
We haf an amazing tour. Benjamin, our excellent guide picked us up in Panama City. He had many informations about the country and the Embera tribe. We took a boat to a waterfall and took a refreshing bath. The village itself was beautiful and full if interesting people. The Embera are very friendly and open to talk about their culture and customs. It was a highlight on our trip to Panama.
I went to this tour through Vitaventuras , and it was absolutely amazing. Not only I was able to learn more about this little community in Panama, but the guide Benjamin was very knowledgeable, fun and took my pictures, which made it more easier to enjoy the whole experience. If you are truly interested in knowing more about Panama culture, I fully recommend this tour.
