Tijdens het verkennen van de rustige, ongerepte zuidoostelijke Naxos aan boord met buru_boat willen we u laten weten: De verse vis die we aan boord serveren is niet alleen “lokaal”. Het is persoonlijk. Elke ochtend krijgen we onze vangst van kapitein Dimitris (galanogiannis_boat), een visser die de afgelopen drie jaar hand in hand met ons heeft gewerkt en zonder wiens hulp en steun het serveren van vis aan boord niet hetzelfde zou zijn geweest. Geen tussenpersonen, geen bevroren zendingen, net wat de zee die dag aan kapitein Dimitris biedt, respectvol meegenomen en liefdevol voor u bereid om van te genieten aan dek, omringd door dezelfde Cycladische wateren als waar het vandaan kwam. Alles wat we koken en serveren is bio, echt, seizoensgebonden en vol smaak. We oogsten met de hand zeezout van de rotsen bij Panermos, verzamelen wilde kappertjes en plukken citroenen en sinaasappels van de bomen van onze familie. We verzamelen en drogen oregano en andere kruiden en we produceren en gebruiken alleen onze eigen olijfolie. De meeste dingen die je proeft, zo niet alles, zijn lokaal afkomstig. Vanuit Panermos Bay, op weg naar de mystieke Rina's Sea Cave, geniet u van de beste authentieke smaken met een Naxiaanse privékok aan boord terwijl u vaart en Zuidoost-Nexos verkent als een lokale inwoner op een traditionele houten "Varkalas" -boot. Elk geserveerd gerecht wordt zorgvuldig bereid met verse, lokaal geproduceerde vis en ingrediënten, waardoor de smaken van Naxos worden benadrukt. Van vakkundig gegrilde zeevruchten en seizoensgebonden groenten tot zelf geoogst zeezout en kappertjes, dineren aan boord biedt de ultieme combinatie van genieten van de zee, direct aan zee.
We cruisen langs en stoppen bij een reeks natuurlijke, afgelegen baaien, rijk aan geschiedenis en authentieke Cycladische charme. We gaan ook voor anker in Rina's grotstrand, waar je de mogelijkheid hebt om in de grot te zwemmen, de verborgen natuurlijke waterbronnen te verkennen of van de kliffen te duiken. Wij bieden snorkeluitrusting en zwemhulpmiddelen voor alle niveaus, zodat iedereen veilig en comfortabel van het water kan genieten.
Nadat we de grot hebben bezocht en hebben genoten van een verfrissende duik, gaan we voor anker in een rustige baai die afhankelijk van het weer en de wind van de dag wordt uitgekozen. Het is het perfecte moment om achterover te leunen, te genieten van de vismaaltijd aan boord en te genieten van de zon.Geen haast, gewoon lekker eten, goede vibes en een prachtige zee rondom.
Na het zwemmen, verkennen en eten gaan we terug naar Panermos Bay.

We had a fabulous afternoon with Buru Boat in Naxos! There were eight of us on the boat, and we loved every minute. Our guide was so personable and wonderful, and the food was phenomenal. We learned so much about the history and culture of Naxos, as well as the nearby small islands we could see from the boat. The food was beyond delicious, beautifully presented, and more than enough for everyone. We stopped several times to swim in the beautiful, refreshing water, with an opportunity to jump from the rocks over a cave for anyone who wanted to! The entire experience was relaxing, fun, and extraordinary. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend Buru Boat!
Nothing short of spectacular! If you are considering a boating day during your time on Naxos Buru Boat is an outstanding option. We are a family of 4, the boat is the ideal size and Voula’s tour guide knowledge and Poppy’s sensational food made the day the highlight of our stay on Naxos. The 1.5 hour drive through the mountain villages only added to the experience.

This was, without a doubt, the best experience we had in Naxos! Please folllw this advice: take the drive, spent the money, and enjoy this most remarkable experience! The food was absolutely exceptional! The swimming and snorkeling was truly so beautiful and rejuvenating, and the captain and crew were radiant! Worth it!!!

Very very nice trip. Good storyteller about the different small Islands, we were really inspired to visit the small Islands after the information the guide gave. Very nice boat, lots of space. Extremely good food! The most delicious we had in the 2 weeks in Greece. Fresh caught fish, and lots of homemade specialities👌 We were visiting Cave Rina and one of the guides showed us around while we were in the water, that was an intense thing! Also very good videomaterial was provided, so we have all the highlights when we Get Home.🙏Can really recommend the trip.
This was a really neat tour my family took in Naxos. The wind was really bad but Voula and captain Dimitris reached out and moved our excursion to depart from a different dock. They were very accommodating, and we were able to see Rina’s cave, swim and have lunch at a secluded beach. Voula was a wonderful tour guide, she gave us history of Naxos and her sister was a culinary graduate that made us a delicious lunch. I highly recommend them for a tour ;)
One of the best experiences we had in the Cyclades. The host was informative, the boat was delightful and the food was delicious and sourced locally.
This was hands down the best part of our trip to Naxos! Our hostess was amazing! She was easy to communicate with, friendly when we met her, and informational about the islands around us! The wine was delicious, the cave was fun for adults and teenagers alike, and the food was amazing! No one in our family had ever had cold fish before. The starters were absolutely delicious! Even our kids who hesitate to try new things loved it! The main course was cooked fish that they had caught that day. By far, the best meal we had on our stay on the island! Highly recommend this cruise for families with kids 10 years old and up or couples. We left this cruise for the last day on the island and it was the best choice we could’ve made! Even the drive down to the port was stunning.
This was an asking day. Great crew. Incredible guide. Fabulous food. Would lightly recommend this activity from wherever you are located on Naxos.
