Ontsnap aan de stad voor een authentiek Noors culinair avontuur. Op slechts 35 minuten van het centrum van Oslo, sluit je aan bij een professionele chef-kok (10 + jaar ervaring) voor een intieme boswandeling die rauwe natuur combineert met "oma's smaken." Dit is niet je dagelijkse stadse food tour. Streetfood of restaurant-hoppen vind je hier niet. In plaats daarvan verruilen we de stoep voor bospaden en drukke eetzalen voor de "eettafel van de natuur." De ervaring Verken het Nordmarka-bos in een kleine groep en leer de geheimen van de berggastronomie van een doorgewinterde Pro. Proef zeldzame, traditionele smaken die je zelden in restaurants vindt, waaronder gezouten bergforel, hert en paard. Geniet van een royaal feestmaal bereid boven een ketel, met wild Scandinavisch vlees en verse wafels met brunost. The Seasons : In de zomer, zwemmen in een kristalhelder meer terwijl we de tafel dekken. In de winter verzamelt u zich rond een traditioneel knisperend vreugdevuur. Stap uit Oslo en stap in een wereld van authentieke smaken, verhalen en tradities. Op slechts 35 minuten met de metro van het stadscentrum, combineert deze ervaring de natuur, het eten en de cultuur van Noorwegen in één onvergetelijk avontuur. Je begint een ontspannen boswandeling, waarbij je Gids inzichten deelt in de Noorse cultuur, tradities en de Noorse berggastronomie. Onderweg leer je hoe natuur en voedsel diep verbonden zijn in het dagelijks leven. We stoppen bij een schilderachtig uitzichtpunt (als het weer het toelaat) om te genieten van een korte pauze met prachtige uitzichten, fotomogelijkheden en een proeverij van lokale lekkernijen voordat we verder gaan naar onze camping.
Vervolgens bereiken we ons schilderachtige boskamp. Terwijl uw chef-kok een heerlijk bergbanket bereidt, neemt u een verfrissende duik in een kristalhelder meer - de perfecte zomerafkoeling voordat uw bosfeest wordt geserveerd! Verzamel je rond de ketel terwijl je wild Scandinavisch vlees proeft, vergezeld van drankjes, anekdotes en culinaire verhalen.
Ontspan terwijl uw chef-kok verse, traditionele Noorse wafels voor u bereidt boven de vlammen - bekroond met traditionele favorieten zoals zoete bruine kaas (brunost).

A very unique and delightful experience of Norwegian food and culture. The food was a fun mix of different tastes made by a chef who puts his heart into his dishes… from the fresh herbs grown at his home to the salmon he cures himself. And we enjoyed the famous fresh air lifestyle of Norway along the way. If you love a one-of-a-kind culinary experience, give this one a chance.

From the stunning Metro ride up to the meeting point, to the incredible scenery and outstanding flavours you won’t regret booking this tour! I’ve done so many food tours but nothing comes close to this. Andreas was such a brilliant host, really friendly, knowledgeable and funny. He puts such care into the tiniest of details and really take pride over his dishes. An amazing afternoon. Book this tour. Today, a cold day in late March I happened to be the only person to book this experience. Andras happily guided just me. As instructed I took Metro line 1 to the last stop. This was a great experience. I started in a downtown subway station. Over the hour long metro ride the train left the tunnel and winded up the hills outside of Oslo. Beautiful views of the fjords, wood etc. Andras met me at the station and we wandered in to the woods on snow covered trails. We stopped for a warm drink, later a tasty appetizer and then finally the main course. This is not a food tour. It is a feast.

I am so glad I did this tour! Andreas our guide was superb all the way through our tour. We met at Frognerseteran Metro. It is so easy to get the tube from Oslo Central so don’t be put off by travelling to the meet up point.. We walked through forests and had many breaks where Andreas would tell us the history of Norway, in particular the food. We tried so many different local dishes and ended up with a fantastic stew over a fire pit next to the lake. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you so much, Andreas.

This tour uniquely blends a love of food, history and nature, made even more special by Andreas preparing the food himself, all of which was very delicious, and his strong storytelling skills. Andreas went above and beyond to make our particular tour a good experience since we had rainy conditions. The tour also takes place in an area that gets you outside of the city and provides a unique perspective to Oslo culture. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! He picked us up right at the metro. He took us on a walk around in nature while giving us a bit of Norwegian history. There is a washroom about halfway on the adventure. The food was absolutely fantastic!
