Dit is een interactieve demonstratie : zeevruchten van A tot Z : vis bereiden en fileren, een geheim van vissoep, mosselen bereiden (alleen in het seizoen!), pasta met zeevruchten, rauwe visgerechten en recept voor zeebrasem van Irena Fonda. U leert, ontdekt en proeft een authentieke mediterrane keuken.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This workshop was an amazing experience from start to finish. Irena was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about Mediterranean cuisine and sustainable seafood. She took the time to explain not only how to prepare the dishes, but also the importance of choosing local and responsibly sourced fish. The workshop was hands-on, engaging, and easy to follow, regardless of cooking experience. I learned a lot of useful techniques and tips that I can use at home, and the food we prepared was absolutely delicious. What made the experience truly special was Irena's enthusiasm and the personal touch she brought to the workshop. It felt much more than just a cooking class—it was an opportunity to learn about local culture, seafood traditions, and the connection between food and the sea. Irena's dedication to the sea, the environment and the produce we worked with is truly remarkable and takes this experience to the next level. I've always been somewhat apprehensive when it came to handling fish but through this workshop I gained knowledge that empowered me to venture into cooking with fish more. Did I mention that the workshop took place under a pine tree by the sea? The authentic surroundings made the time stand still while we worked on our food which turned out absolutely delicious. Everything was beautifully arranged, very tasty, and presented with genuine hospitality. The atmosphere felt warm, kind, and truly home-like. At Fonda we had the chance to organise our team building with Revestum d.o.o. and it was hands down one of the best experiences we could have imagined. Beautiful atmosphere, very informative and above all, an extremely tasty experience!
An unforgettable experience! In June, I took part in a cooking class at the Fonda Fish Farm with friends – a day that will stay with us for a long time. We filleted fresh fish, learned a lot about marine life and ocean conservation, and then prepared our own fish dish and sashimi under pine trees. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, the ambience unique. Particularly noteworthy is the warm support from the owner, who took care of us with a lot of commitment. It was perfect all around – educational and every euro wet, enjoyable and connected with a lot of joy.
The sincerity and authenticity of Erina and her husband about organic, respectful, sustainable fish farming is impressive. They are a wealth of information about the sea, fish, and cooking…and were so unassuming! And, they are paying it forward teaching groups of kids, providing team building, etc. What they are providing is nothing short of amazing. We can all learn from them. During the few hours there, we learned the fish farming process while out on the boat; how to tell if a fish is fresh at the outside, natural “classroom”; how to filet a fish and recipes for baking them; and then making our own dinner with the fish. Absolutely fabulous people and experience. Thanks!!!

Irena was a spectacular host and very patient! We learned a lot not only about how to prepare fresh seabass but also history of the region! The fresh fish and vegetables were incredible and full of flavor. Highly recommend! Thank you for the lovely time!
