Een ervaring aangescherpt om het beste in de Noordelijke Rhône-vallei naar boven te halen. Wijnmakers gekozen voor hun fijne werk, uitzonderlijke locaties om u emoties te bieden en werken aan al uw zintuigen. Privé wijntour met 2 bezoeken aan wijnhuizen in de ochtend. We proeven 5 tot 6 wijnen van elk wijnhuis en ontdekken de grote wijnen van de regio, van Côte-Rotie tot Hermitage voor de rode Syrah-wijnen tot de witte Condrieu en Saint-Joseph gemaakt van Roussanne en Viognier druiven. De rest van de dag staat in het teken van een privé lunch/middagproeverij en masterclass van geweldige Rhône-valleiwijnen in een 19e-eeuwse villa met zwembad. (Wijnen van 1950 tot 2010s) Als wijnhandelaar, WSET3, kom ik op de dag met u praten over Franse wijn en zijn specifieke kenmerken. Een privéchauffeur rijdt ons de hele dag door. We bezoeken een historische wijnmakerij in het hart van de wijnstreek Rhône-Valley. Proeverij van minimaal 5 witte en rode wijnen uit Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie.
De tweede proeverij van de ochtend vindt plaats in een wijnmakerij van Côte-Rôtie en Condrieu die de biodynamische en natuurlijke wijnbenadering in de regio heeft gepionierd en zijn wijnen exporteert naar de beste tafels ter wereld. Een bezoek aan de wijnmakerij is gepland en we zullen de technische aspecten van het vinificeren van natuurlijke en biologische wijnen kunnen bespreken. 4 wijnen zullen beschikbaar zijn om te proeven, waaronder Côte-Rôtie en Condrieu.
Voor de laatste stop van de dag gaan we naar een 19e-eeuws herenhuis, voor een privé masterclass lunch die de hele middag zal plaatsvinden. Afhankelijk van het weer brengen we de middag door op de veranda, met vrij uitzicht op de regio en prachtige tuin met zwembad. In de winter zijn we in het huis, genieten van onze maaltijden in de charmante woonkamer. Dit is een gelegenheid om wijnen uit de Rhône-vallei van de jaren 1950 tot heden te proeven, terwijl u een tiental kazen en seizoensgebonden gastronomische producten ontdekt. We willen je een unieke zintuiglijke ervaring bieden, omdat we ervan overtuigd zijn dat emoties ontstaan uit een moment dat alle zintuigen prikkelt.

Private, perfect day in the Northern Rhône Valley. We visited a small biodynamic winegrower on the Condrieu hillsides, followed by a truly special tasting at Guigal — 10 wines, including the iconic La-Las. Lunch and the afternoon were spent in a private villa, just the six of us, enjoying a 1964 Châteauneuf-du-Pape and a 2001 Côte-Rôtie. A generous platter of local cheeses, specialties, and seasonal desserts completed the experience. We were able to take our time — exactly what we look for when we travel. Special mention for the impeccable transport and our driver, with whom we felt perfectly safe. Thank you to Hugo for organizing this timeless experience.

A unique and exceptional Rhône Valley wine tour. We booked this trip following a pharmaceutical seminar in Lyon. A mix of neophytes and connoisseurs, everything went perfectly, we laughed, drank and enjoyed a magnificent villa throughout the afternoon. It was the best moment of our trip to France for most of us, and one we're sure to remember.

We enjoyed a private wine tour of the Rhône Valley that we consider exceptional, given that we are wine enthusiat and travel partly for the wine. The morning's two meetings were instructive, with visits to Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu and Crozes-Hermitage. A dozen wines were tasted alongside passionate winemakers. As a bonus, Hugo, the guide and founder of the company, brought along a bottle of Cornas 1983 and a Côte-Rôtie 2006 to help us understand the evolution of Syrah over time. For lunch, we went to the Villa that Hugo had told us about... a place cut off from the world, it's unique. We spent 3 hours drinking surprising wines with sensible explanations, while tasting a dozen high-quality cheeses and charcuterie (I ate the best cheese of my life that day). Our family had a fantastic time, it's a top-of-the-range service that aims to make you dream.
