I was concerned that we may not have enough room for all our luggage, as well as getting to the airport in enough time but Fernando assured me, we would be OK and even brought two vehicles to be sure (yes, we needed them)-LOL! There was cold water for us, and everything went very smoothly…

On time and very professional and courteous driver. We got caught in traffic and he really made sure we got their quickly and safely.

Our driver arrived on time in a clean, roomy vehicle with more than ample space for all our luggage. The entire experience was exactly as described in the Viator listing. Communication was excellent, with our driver checking in with us several times in the days before our transfer.

The driver was very polite and spoke English as we had requested. He was very prompt (even early....and we were ready to go). My only suggestion would be to remove used cups from view of guests; there was an empty cardboard cup in the cupholder between the front and rear streets.

William was our driver. He picked us up from our hotel on time. He was very pleasant and he made sure we arrived at the airport timely. The company was in communication before, during and after our transport. They even followed up after we returned home to ask if we made it home safely. I would highly recommend this transportation service.

He even had a cold bottle of water and a authentic sweet for each of us as we entered his vehicle (a kind gesture). We highly recommend this company.

As we drove from the airport he highlighted things we should do and pointed out places of interest along the way. His vehicles were clean and comfortable. He’s a good driver and we felt very secure. Fernando was excellent- he communicated right after booking and kept me in touch constantly as our travel dates got closer. Upon arrival at the airport, as soon as I connected to the wifi there was a message from him with great instructions on how to find him. Travel into the city was effortless and he provided a breakfast snack and bottles of water for each of us.
