**Ophalen bij de luchthaven:** Haal bij aankomst uw bagage op en ga naar de aankomsthal. Uw chauffeur wacht buiten de terminal in het Ground Transportation-ophaalgebied met een bord met een oranje Cancun Travel Experience-logo. Toon bij het ophalen uw bevestiging of foto-ID. Uw vervoer staat precies 30 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht klaar en kan tot 60 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht wachten. **Ophalen bij het hotel:** Uw exacte ophaaltijd wordt een dag voor vertrek van uw vlucht bevestigd, uw chauffeur ontmoet u in de lobby van uw hotel. Toon bij het ophalen uw bevestiging of foto-ID. Wees een paar minuten voor de bevestigde ophaaltijd klaar en wacht, chauffeurs mogen maximaal 10 minuten na de bevestigde ophaaltijd wachten.

- Neem voor last-minute wijzigingen en/of vertragingen onmiddellijk contact op, houd er rekening mee dat alle last-minute wijzigingen onderhevig zijn aan beschikbaarheid en niet kunnen worden gegarandeerd.

The pickup was timely and the driver drove safely in a clean car. The communication in advance to confirm pickup time was excellent, and the service was careful to make sure we allowed sufficient time to make our flight.
I wish I could rate them zero stars. They told me the driver was there and kept describing a restaurant that was at the Cancun airport although we confirmed we were at Tulum. Then all of a sudden, they meant to say Tulum and the driver was outside, despite that restaurant not being located in Tulum’s airport. Then The driver was stuck in traffic. Then the driver was delayed dropping someone else off. Then supposedly I put the wrong pick up time in although I confirmed on what’s app days before the time and they said okay. The best part of this service was getting a refund for the return. Liars and terrible coordination

We enjoyed our trips to and from the airport. Drivers were prompt and friendly. We would use them again if and when we return.
Pick up was on time. Communication was excellent. Van was very clean. Easy to book. Driver was friendly.
There was a huge accident on the highway. Our driver navigated and off-roaded to get us to the airport on time! Excellent!

The driver never showed up! Avoid this company at all costs. Waiting for over 50 mins. Ended up taking a taxi from the Airport to the hotel. Let’s hope we get a refund.

There was some sort of mishap that our driver never arrived to the airport to pick us up. After notifying the company, they scrambled to find another driver that was already at the airport picking someone else up to accommodate us after we had been waiting nearly 30 minutes. The new driver was the one that told us that the original driver failed to pick up the phone when they were calling him. It definitely dampened the mood to the start of our trip. For the amount that we were charged I feel this type of thing is unacceptable.

Communication was easy via WhatsApp, driver was on time and courteous. I booked airport/hotel transfer and had no issues.
They give good advise for your pickup time based on your flight .The van was clean and the driver was professional
