Ophalen kan vanaf Cape Town International Airport naar elke locatie binnen het stadscentrum, Kaapstad en omgeving of vice versa. Bij aankomst zal uw chauffeur u in de aankomsthal van de luchthaven ontmoeten met een bord met uw naam erop. Uw chauffeur zal de status van de vlucht volgen om ervoor te zorgen dat hij/zij op tijd aanwezig is vanaf het moment dat de vlucht uitstapt. Daarom vragen wij u vriendelijk om uw vluchtgegevens of hotelgegevens voor het ophalen. Contact: Als het mogelijk is, kunt u dan een WhatsApp-nummer opgeven voor gemakkelijkere communicatie.

Sadly our driver was late. While others were picked up we had to ring to find out if the driver was coming. She gave us great info when she arrived but we were hounded non-stop while waiting, and waiting.

We did not get picked up so ended up taking a cab after waiting 30 minutes. I repeatedly sent messages that we were waiting and finally said we were leaving and I expected a complete refund. When I finally got to my hotel room and checked my emails I had already been refunded my cost through Viator. I was pleased that I did not have to file a claim. I gave my flight number so the driver should have know where I was departing customs from.

What happened is that our driver communicated with you through your cellphone while you were communicating via email. Some of our drivers do not have access to emails. This resulted in miscommunication and the driver failed to meet up with you. However, we regret the disruption this caused. We’re glad our office promptly processed your refund through Viator.
