Huisdieren zijn alleen toegestaan op privétransfers. De klant moet melden dat hij/zij een huisdier in een transportbox meeneemt.

De bestuurder van het voertuig draagt een uniform bestaande uit een blauw shirt en een donkerblauwe broek. Hij wacht op u met een bordje met de naam van degene die de reservering heeft gemaakt. Bij terugkomst bedraagt de wachttijd voor vervoer 10 minuten.
