Begin uw reis met een schilderachtige rit vanuit Marrakech door de adembenemende landschappen van de Ourika-vallei. Terwijl u door de vallei kronkelt, wordt u omringd door weelderig groen en het prachtige met sneeuw bedekte Atlasgebergte. Onderweg maken we stops op pittoreske plekjes voor prachtige fotomomenten van de vallei en traditionele Berberdorpen, waarbij we u een glimp bieden van het lokale leven en de natuurlijke schoonheid van deze unieke regio
Ervaar de traditie van Marokkaans aardewerk bij Töpferei, een lokale fabriek in de buurt van Aghmat. Kijk hoe vakkundige ambachtslieden prachtig, handgemaakt aardewerk creëren met behulp van technieken die generaties lang zijn doorgegeven. Het is een unieke culturele stop waar je ook authentieke, handgemaakte stukken als souvenir kunt kopen.
Bezoek een traditioneel Berberhuis en ontmoet een lokale familie. Ervaar authentieke Berberse gastvrijheid onder het genot van Marokkaanse muntthee. Leer over Berberse gebruiken, het dagelijks leven en architectuur.
Geniet van een panoramisch uitzicht op het Atlasgebergte en maak onvergetelijke foto's. Trek door traditionele Berberdorpen, waar u getuige kunt zijn van het Marokkaanse leven op het platteland. Optionele stops bij lokale markten langs de weg voor souvenirs of verse producten.

Terwijl u ontspant bij het stromende water, kunt u genieten van traditionele Marokkaanse gerechten gemaakt van verse, lokaal geproduceerde ingrediënten. Op het menu staan hartige tagines, stevige couscous en verfrissende salades, perfect om bij te tanken na je wandeling. We booked the day trip to the Ourika Valley from Marrakech and it was one of the highlights of our whole Morocco visit. The whole experience was fun, well-organized, and memorable. We stopped at a Berber house and pottery place on the drive there which was interesting. Once we arrived in the town in the valley, we did a moderate walk to a waterfall and the views were stunning. Be sure to wear good walking shoes. After the hike we had lunch along the river which was good authentic food and a great location. Lots of other tourists doing the same trip, but it did not diminish the fun nor views. Make sure to bring cash.

Experience of 10, Very comfortable transport and stopped for breakfast in a Berber house. In ourika we were waiting for a private guide to do the hike of the falls, and it was lovely and very attentive. Food in the valley of ourika after the very rich hike. I recommend it 100%. Thank you Mohamed for everything these days, we will repeat and recommend you without a doubt.

Such a great trip, it exceeded expectations. The trek was beautiful, food was great and we even did a stop at a fabulous pottery place which where we saw it being made and got to have a go and buy some lovely things at a great price. Mohammed was such a great guide, very welcoming, knowledgeable and the transport was really comfortable and spacious too! Would 💯 recommend.

A wonderful excursion and beautiful landscapes! Mohamed and his driver were very professional and kind. Very proud to share with us the Berber culture. They were able to adapt to the rhythm of our group of 16 (including 8 children) After a pick-up at our riad we went for breakfast at the homestay, then discover a pottery workshop, a carpet and jewelry shop, an argan oil cooperative. We had lunch by the river Ourika then left for a hike to the 5 waterfalls. Guide Abdul gave us lots of information during the ride, sporty, but doable with children. We went up to the 5 waterfalls and enjoyed beautiful views of the valley. I recommend this tour 100%!

We booked a private day trip to the Ourika Valley with Mohamed from Izza Tours and had an amazing experience! Mohamed and his private driver Abdo came to welcome us and pick us up in a very comfortable private car, We started with a delicious traditional Berber breakfast with a local family We loved the pottery workshop where we could try making our own piece. Visiting the women’s cooperative was inspiring, and the hike to the waterfalls was beautiful yet still easy to do with our mountain guide Ibrahim. Lunch by the river was a highlight amazing Moroccan food with the relaxing sound of the water. Mohamed and his team are knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. This experience is the perfect mix of culture, nature, and Moroccan hospitality. Highly recommended!
