Fantastic from start to finish. Our driver Mustapha was knowledgable abd funny. We were driven to the desert which took around 1/2 hour to be greeted by the team. As daylight broke we got into the basket to start the ride. It was a beautiful clear day, watching all the other balloons rise was wonderful. A smooth descent to be met by the team to secure us to ground. We were transported back where we were greeted with a freshly oreoared Berber breakfast if breads, fruit delicious. The whole team were extremely friendly providing a relaxed atmosphere. Simply the best

Great pick up. Short drive to the breakfast which was breads and fruit. All the staff were very nice and spoke English. There were 21 people in our balloon but you had plenty of space - our family of 3 had our own compartment. Amazing experience not to be missed!

This was a wonderful experience, it was very well organised and the staff were phenomenal. We opted to go for the photo and video package as an extra on the day, so no need to book in advance. It was well priced and the photographer/videographer was so nice. 😊

This hot air balloon experience in Marrakech was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We were picked up very early in the morning, and the team was already waiting for us, which immediately gave a sense of professionalism and calm. When we arrived at the site, we were welcomed with tea, coffee and light refreshments in a traditional Berber-style tent while watching the balloons inflate in the early dawn light – a magical build‑up to the flight itself, before landing, we have been serve with a generous traditional Moroccan breakfast, which was a perfect way to start the morning. The whole team was welcoming, organised, and genuinely seemed to care about giving everyone a memorable experience. The balloon ride was breath-taking. Floating quietly above the desert as the sun rose over the Atlas Mountains is something I’ll never forget. The pilot was reassuring, friendly, and clearly very experienced, making the whole journey feel safe and relaxed. The views were incredible in every direction, and the flight lasted long enough to really enjoy the moment rather than feeling rushed.

This experience was absolutely amazing! My best friend and I went for my birthday and it was breathtaking. It wasn’t scary or bumpy at all. Also bring cash, the drone video they offer is worth every dime 🥰.

Although the weather did not let us see the sunrise very early, the experience at Marrakech Dream Ballooning was very good. The trip started with pickup close before 04:30 in the morning. The driver was in place a few minutes before the agreed time and was ready to take us in. In addition, we were picked up a substantial piece away from the centre of Marrakech at no extra charge after explaining that we had problems with our original accommodation schedule - this gives the impression that the tour operator is very flexible and extends a long way to provide good service. We arrived at the premises around 0530 and were greeted with coffee and cake by the very friendly host, Mohamed. The air balloon trip met expectations despite some poor cloud cover to see the sunrise. After the balloon tour we received a very large portion of berber breakfast and nice serving. Recommended!

Early start pick up at 4.20 from accommodation, took to tent for tea coffee then balloon flight watching sun rise a 1000 ft up in balloon breath taking! I was on my own but perfect for couples! Very romantic and amazing! Perfect landing by captain! Then taken to another tent for nice early breakfast tea coffee ect then back to pick up point! I booked with Tripadvisor! Others changing double the price
