Miserably no pickup at the airport so this is not recommended. When I called customer service, there was no help to be had there. No one knows anything and can't be found helpful
It took 1 hour for Las Palmas Airport to give us our luggage. When we got to the arrivals area at Airport there wasn't a taxi driver with my name waiting for us. Having contacted your company earlier to advise you of the delay with bagge, I got the stand number at arrivals that would assign a taxi driver. A very poor service.
Worst experience 🤯🤯🤯 NOBODY came and picked us up at the airport so we had to find a taxi ourselves🤬 so you owe us DKK 400🤬🤬
Picked up from on Las Palmas airport by a very gentile driver, who waited while we picked up a few essentials at Spar at the airport. An absolute gentleman - he took our bags from us, placed them in the boot of the E-class Mercedes, which was immaculately clean. He let us know how far away we were at different junctures. Then, on arrival, he retrieved our bags for us and bade us goodbye. A very pleasant journey with a very pleasant driver. The agreed price included gratuities. We booked the same company for the return journey - and we’ll use them on every visit from now on. Very impressive.
