Het zou erg nuttig zijn als u het bericht beantwoordt waarin u ons informeert wanneer de filters zijn gepasseerd, zodat we uw chauffeur kunnen vragen om ons een perronnummer te geven waar u aan boord van het transport kunt stappen...

Communication with administration was good. However, the driver didn’t know the address of the drop off even though it was shared with the administration in advance. Didn’t deliver to the exact address even though he had to drive just another 600 feet. We had to wait for our family to be picked up and get to our final destination. Overall good if you can speak Spanish and explain to the driver where exactly you need to be. Even showing the map to the driver didn’t help and we had to call our family to get us. The car wasn’t clean. There were remnants of food and trash on the seats.

Had a great experience with this company. Picked up directly from the Cancun airport and driven comfortably to Tulum, air conditioned. Very easy to communicate over WhatsApp with clear English. The team made sure to confirm the return pick up time and was there early to get us to the airport on time. Great pricing compared to other companies we searched.
