Excellent service. Friendly and informative driver. He arrived a few minutes early and came into the hotel to find us.
Very courteous, kind, polite. He was very punctual and a very safe driver. He was very helpful and careful with our luggage.
The driver was right on time. Actually she was there a few minutes early. I got a text letting me know she was there. The van way clean. The only thing I would change is other than greeting us the driver didn’t talk. My taxi drivers were more personable. I did have a family member not make the trip and getting a refund was very simple.
The ride from our London Hotel to the Cruise port could not have been better. The driver was excellent - courteous, friendly and a great driver.
