Never showed up stole my money. Texted me when my plane was delayed and never showed up when I arrived.0
Mr. Thomas's plane was delayed several times and arrived 5 hours late. We told him to let us know as soon as he landed at the airport because internet service was active on Mr. Thomas's phone. He did not inform us. The driver waited for 1 hour and returned According to our internal regulirations after waiting for 40 minutes driver need to come back if client is not coming. It was not possible to re-arrange the transfer as the guest informed us after leaving the airport, it took us at least 1 hour. We will not issue any refund as the incident occurred due to customer's irresponsibility.

Driver was carrying a paper with my husband's name at the arrival area. He introduced himself and helped us with our luggage. He safely drove us to our hotel in a clean and well maintained vehicle. Well done. He deserves 5 stars for his service.

I was met at Baku Airport by my driver Teymur, he went out of his way to help me with currency exchange and then even carried my bag from the arrivals area through to the vehicle. His driving was smooth and very safe and considerate. When we arrived at my hotel there was no parking available so he had to park about 600 meters away and he again carried my bag as we walked to my hotel. A pickup time was arranged for my departure and when the time came he was again patiently waiting for me. He went out of his way to get flight information for me then he guided me to where I could relax for a few hours and where I could have a meal and a coffee in the Airport complex. From the time I started setting up for these Transfers it has been an absolute pleasure doing Business with Baku Airport Transfer Services. Thank you guys, I will definitely be back, a little bit of money well spent.
As soon as I booked I received a confirmation text from Travelway Azerbaijan as well as a confirmation email from Viator. As soon as I deplaned in Baku I got a WhatsApp text from my driver letting me know he was at the airport and was waiting for me in the arrivals hall. A seamless experience every step of the way.
