- Als u reist met een kind jonger dan 4 jaar, wordt u verzocht dit van tevoren door te geven. Volgens de Taiwanese wet moeten kinderen jonger dan 4 jaar een kinderzitje gebruiken tijdens het rijden in een voertuig. Wij bieden kinderzitje verhuur diensten, en de huurprijs (NT $ 300 per stuk) kan direct worden betaald in contanten aan de bestuurder. Als er geen kinderzitje beschikbaar is, zal de bestuurder weigeren om de service ter plaatse te verlenen, en in dergelijke gevallen zal er geen restitutie worden verleend. Bedankt voor uw begrip.

Generally a good experience. Instructions said meet outside at curb meeting point. Greeter with sign was inside at customs exit in mass of people, and we missed him because we were not looking. Took a while to meet up. But, very courteous driver. Would still recommend. O
Driver was 40 minutes late, would have been faster and cheaper to take a taxi or uber. No explanation given.

It was perfect - my flight arrived an hour early and was worried that I would be on my own for an hour in the arrivals hall with jet lag but I saw my name as I exited customs. Such a stress release to see your name and a friendly face when you arrive.
Everything was ready after our arrival at TPE. Representative had a sign ready to meet us and quickly the SUV driver pull up and load our suitcases. Very efficient. Driver was very safe and helpful during the transit to Taipei.
Experience right after booking on the Viator platform until I was picked up was disappointing! I paid and booked a 5 seater SUV, they sent me a Tesla Sedan when the driver details was sent. I informed them right away of my booking type which was chosen due to the number of suitcases I had but the agent via chat was rude, unprofessional and defended the actions of Viator. Upon arrival at the airport, I asked the Porter who escorted me to the car if the vehicle was a SUV, she said NO! Confirming what I knew about the vehicle type. This was a rip-off! Collecting money in advance and not providing the service that was paid for. This was my first experience with this company and with this experience, I will make it my mission to inform unsuspecting potential users not to use the services of Viator because of possible fraud. Please investigate this case and make it right! What happened to me was unacceptable!
Bryan was communicative, friendly and helpful. He met us at the arrival halll with a sign, loaded our luggage, and gave us lots of tips for our first visit to Taipei. The car was comfortable, clean and he even provided water for us. We couldn’t have been more pleased!
Very smooth and seamless transfer from airport to our hotel. The driver was very courteous and professional.
The ride worked out well. We got through customs easily and waited at the precise location the driver informed us to meet him 30 minutes early and then he arrived 30 minutes late and could not speak English. I would would recommend taking a taxi.

Easy to find my name on the sign at the arrivals terminal. It was just a few minutes wait before my car was at the curb. Driver got me safely to my hotel. Would recommend. Just an FYI: this is about the same price as requesting an Uber from the airport and much more convenient.
