Onze privétransferservice is ideaal voor reizigers die het meeste uit hun tijd willen halen zonder enige vorm van wachten bij vertrek.Hiervoor wacht een naar behoren geïdentificeerde bedrijfsvertegenwoordiger met een bord met uw naam erop om u naar uw bestemming veilig, snel en tijdig. We hebben een breed scala aan geschikte voertuigen om ze comfortabel te verplaatsen. De maximale wachttijd vanaf de aankomst van de vlucht is 90 minuten, hierna zal onze gids of chauffeur zich terugtrekken als we geen informatie of contact hebben met de passagier.

Good communication and comfortable ride
Timely and easy pickup at airport. New model car and a comfortable safe and friendly drive into Quito
Jonathan was amazing. On time e en though our flt was delayed and very engaged with us on the drive.
Communication was good and the drive from the airport to Quito was pleasant. Both the driver and the organizer were friendly.
I messaged the tour operator to confirm the pick up time, and was informed it would be 5:20AM in order to be at the airport two hours before our 8AM flight. There was no driver at 5:20AM and I called the tour operator at 5:24AM. No one picked up, so I called an Uber. The Uber and driver arrived at the same time, and the driver told me the pick up time was 5:30AM. So I was forced to cancel the Uber. I do not recommend this service if you are depending to get to the airport - just call an Uber.

While we apologize for the confusion regarding the schedule and the driver’s minor ten-minute delay, the transfer was completed effectively. The vehicle arrived at the airport at 6:05 AM, providing more than enough time to complete the check-in process comfortably for an 8:00 AM flight. We would like to clarify that at no point were you forced to cancel the Uber you requested. The decision to cancel that transportation and board our vehicle was a personal choice, based on the trust and prior experience you had with our driver, with whom you had already completed other satisfactory transfer during your stay. We believe this isolated incident does not reflect the overall quality and standards of reliability that you personally experienced during the other service booked with our company, all of which were carried out without issue. Thank you again for your comments; situations like this allow us to fine-tune the internal communication between our dispatch office and our drivers to avoid any discrepancies in the future.
Delivered exactly what was promised. Had a sign for us after baggage claim, picked us up on time, got us to hotel.
The Private Transfer we had pre-arranged did not show up for both the arrival transfer from Quito airport to our hotel in the central districit and our return to the airport. No one to call so we ended up using local taxi service.

However, we would like to clarify the situation regarding your booking: We received your request to reschedule the service only two hours before your arrival. Despite the short notice, we accepted the change in good faith. However, in order to finalize the new schedule, we requested that you provide us with your new flight details and the specific arrival date. Unfortunately, we never received that information. Without the flight data and date, it was impossible for us to coordinate the new transfers, for both your arrival and return, as we had no way of knowing when or at what time we should meet you at the airport. Since we did not have the necessary logistical details following your change request, the service could not be scheduled.
Everything went smoothly, and our driver was wonderful! Very kind, helpful and accommodating. We were very happy with it all.
