Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Bij aankomst in Aeroparque (AEP) wacht uw chauffeur u op bij ons aangewezen ontmoetingspunt buiten de terminal. Zodra je geland bent, neemt ons team contact met je op via WhatsApp om de exacte locatie af te stemmen en je naar de ophaallocatie te Gids. Let op : De meeste lokale chauffeurs spreken alleen Spaans, maar ons coördinatieteam is 24/7 beschikbaar in het Engels, Portugees, Frans en Spaans om u tijdens het hele proces te helpen.

Driver was extremely communicative and was waiting for us as we got our bags. It was extremely easy and the car was super close. He took all of our bags right when we met him and didn’t have to worry about anything. Great experience.

Our flight arrival time changed by one hour, and then after that, it was still delayed about two hours. The driver monitored the flight and was still there to meet us even though our arrival was significantly later. And his description of where to meet us which included a photo is very helpful.
Driver was waiting for us on arrival. No issues, even though our flight was delayed a bit. Driver spoke little English, but managed to communicate well.

Used these for three transfers. All were on time. All were standard cabs and two had comfortable seating and air conditioning and one did not. Prices were slightly more than normal cabs but pre-booking made it comfortable and any issues, could communicate in English via WhatsApp which made things better. Two of the drivers didn't speak any English but we managed ok. If you are happy with just a normal taxi but want the convenience, book with these for a slightly higher price but will have no issues. Pre-paid for one trip and paid cash for the others to the driver at the end of the trip.
Hello David! Thanks for your review. Effectively most of our vehicles (not all of them) are official Buenos Aires taxis, with due insurances and licenses. It’s the best option to operate at local airports. Even more at the very complicated one AEP, from where you booked our service for the first time. All our cars have air conditioning. You should have just asked to turn it on. Regarding prices, the difference is has to do with paying someone’s engagement to be there on time. You always have the option of getting to the airport and look for what you have around. We instead, have waited for you on time and at the previously specified meeting point. That’s the stress free transfer we propose 😉 Count with us.
We hired up to six transfers between downtown Buenos Aires and the airports, and the Service was always great: always punctual, efficient transfer, contact by watsapp the day before to confirm. Also highlight the ease of contracting and paying for the Service through the Internet. Delighted with the Service of Enzo and his companions. Good communication via WhatsApp. Regular taxi and obviously prebooking was slightly more expensive via Viator. Was almost on time and we arrived at the airport on time.
Thanks David! Yes, a big part of our fleet is composed of official Buenos Aires taxis, with due licenses and insurance. Although, since passengers transportation has been permitted with private cars (recently), we’re incorporating them to our team. Count with us ☺️
We had such a great experience! Enzo was amazing, communicated efficiently from the beginning. Explained in detail every step of the way. We ended up having him as a tour guide for the city because he was so knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend for transport/city tours.
