Didn't hear from driver on the day of my transfer. Was not able to find driver and needed to UBER instead. HIGHLY recommend ubering instead. It was a third of the price and they arrived quickly.

We would like to clarify that we received a message from you approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time stating that your flight had been cancelled and that you would no longer require the transfer. Based on that message, the service was considered cancelled. We always strive to provide timely and reliable service, and our drivers are instructed to be present at the agreed pickup time unless informed otherwise by the client. We regret that this experience was frustrating and appreciate you sharing your perspective.

Excellent transfer services provided by this very reliable transportation company. He was exactly on time, drove carefully and helped us with very heavy luggage. The only thing is that the confirmation message did not give us the time or locations, so I felt insecure that all the details were right. The driver did have the details right.

Mr. Frane arrived on time and he was helpful with our luggage. He also is thoughtful and kind and we really had a good conversation during our way to the airport. I also have to say that he is available and willing to help anyone out who needs anything. I truly recommend him.
