Flight was delayed by half hour and bags took long time to arrive. Driver did not wait, and left. Was forced to get a taxi after looking around for driver. Called the support line, but no answer.
-1 , we were 3 couples moiz,mohammed and Qusai bhai with family and had a 6 night tour in and around Baku. Our 3 rd day experience was horrible in gabala,where our car broke and there was no support by the tour company. Our day was wasted and we had to spend 250 usd to reach Baku. We reached Baku at 2am next day….. We felt unsafe and was safed the way tour company acted. How ever we were promised a refund of 150 usd ….. it has been 2 months but there is no response from the tour company. This is disgusting and unprofessional. We demand an apology with refund promised

The driver already waited for us at the exit. He was friendly and talkative. The car was spacious. We quickly made our way to the hotel by car.
Long flight from Australia - into the airport arrivals at Baku and there was the Vistor driver holding up our name. Quick transfer to the city and luggage taken to the door of our hotel - you couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you
When we landed, there was no one waiting for us. I try to call the number and it was not working. Contact the Viator agent who was also trying to contact but same, not working. I was told I need to wait for the tour operators approval for the refund, which they did at the end. But arriving to a new country, waiting for the transfer, no response from the company, Viator do not want to take the responsibility for the refund, all together doesn't give us a good start to our vacation at all.
We took a private tour with Vusal for 4 days. It was excellent. Vusal from Tourtend was super flexible and friendly. Renat was our main contact and gave us an excellent deal and was always contactable and informative. We enjoyed the flexibility, the ride and also the conversation we during all 4 days. I would highly recommend them anytime to anyone. Very affordable rates and no pressure to do anything that we didn’t want to. I will rate them 4 out of 5 easily.

Elnur was punctual, professional and courteous. Really appreciated him showing up on time, being helpful and even carrying my luggage all the way inside the airport to the check-in counters. Highly recommend their service for airport pickup/drop-off.
After my flight from Warsaw was delayed by more than two hours and didn’t arrive in Baku until after 5:00 a.m., I was exhausted. When I exited customs, the first thing I saw was a sign with my name on it and Elnur’s smiling face. He welcomed me, led me to his van, offered all sorts of advice about Baku, and made the 30-minute ride into the city fly by. He even waited until he was sure I was able to check into my room. As if that weren’t enough, I left my cap in his van. He found it and went out of his way to deliver the cap to me the next evening. I wish I could give him 10 ⭐️!

Very satisfied. The plane was late, however driver was waiting for us. Nice and confortable car, fast.
This company is a joke and unfortunately sheds unfavorable light on Viator too. I booked a transport form the Baku airport via Viator webpage. I paid and received a confirmation with all the details. The driver never showed up at the airport, both the Viator and I tried to contact the company - no one has ever responded. We were with two kids and lots of luggage left completely alone, first time in Azerbaijan. They just did not care. Please AVOID this company under all circumstances!
