De westelijke Tour begint in het vissersdorp Câmara de Lobos. Daarna reizen we naar Cabo Girao, de hoogste klif in Europa en de tweede in de wereld. Nadat we in de top van de wereld zijn geweest, vervolgen we onze reis om het mooie uitzicht op de vallei van Serrad'agua te zien. Nadat we van het uitzicht hebben genoten, gaan we naar São Vicente, waar we het grootste deel van het Laurisilva-bos op het eiland kunnen zien en beroemd zijn vanwege de grotten van vulkanische oorsprong. Verder naar het noorden gaan we naar Porto Moniz, wereldwijd bekend om zijn natuurlijke lavapoelen. Als je wilt zwemmen, kunnen we ervoor zorgen dat daar wat tijd voor is. Uiteindelijk komen we op een verborgen plek - het venster naar Porto Moniz, Ribeira da Janela, waar we de dag afronden in Lameiros om een geweldig uitzicht op de vallei van São Vicente te zien.

Three good!!! A very nice experience
We had an amazing time on this tour with Marco. We were able to customize our itinerary, and pick up time. Marco was able to make changes on the fly regarding the weather and safety. We very much enjoyed the tour and it was a great introduction to the west side of the island. We also felt very safe with Marco's driving. Many of the roads were narrow and parking wasn't always readily available. We felt this was a way better alternative. FYI it would probably be cheaper to book directly with the vendor.
