This was a great tour. Andrej our driver was very informative and professional.We travelled in a luxury van (there were 5 of us). He was punctual and communicated very well with us regarding pick up and drop off times. He drove us straight to Salzburg (our request) and allowed us however to wander around for however longer little we wanted which ended up being 4 hours- it was such a beautiful city. It was so nice hopping back in the van and being dropped directly to our hotel in Munich.

Fantastic trip- seamless pick ups and drop offs. excellent driving and great conversation. Martin was a fantastic driver. He pointed out different sites, made great recommendations and even lent us an umbrella. Salzburg was gorgeous and I would absolutely recommend going- the fortress was amazing and I loved their Christkindlmarkt.

The driver, Martin was great but this excursion DOES NOT include a guide. You are dropped off in Salzburg in front of the Mozart Museum. If you want to see the fortress, good luck finding the cable car. Our driver told us it. Is difficult to find. A map would have been helpful. Skip this one and pay for a walking tour.

I loved the flexibility of a private tour. The company also accommodated my request for a stop at Hallstatt. Also, I really appreciated the driver, Tomas going over and beyond when we had a personal glitch. However, there was a guide accompanying us during the trip

We booked a tour with an English speaking driver. But what we got was an Uber with a driver who couldn't speak English at all. He didn't give us a single word of guidance during the trip or at our destination. The worst thing was, our car broke down for 3 hours and we were stranded for 3 hours in Salzburg without being given a solution on how we could get back to Munich. This tour seemed forced, because the day before the provider said there was no driver available on Saturday, and we were asked whether a tour on the following day was possible? After we answered it was impossible, because we had other agendas, the tour provider confirmed that there was a driver available. We are loyal viator users and this time we are very disappointed with the service provided by the tour provider.

The driver brought your group to Salzburg where you were supposed to spend 4 hours and after dropping off in Salzburg, he found out that his battery was dead. He immediately contacted another driver who personally met your group in Salzburg to find a solution. He suggested that we would have to wait 30 minutes for my group that he was also taking to Munich and that he would take you with them. I understand that you didn't like traveling with another group, but at that moment the most important thing was to get you to your hotel as soon as possible. However, after 20 minutes he had a fixed car that arrived and you could continue your journey to Munich. Please understand that cars are just machines and they can break down, but we found the solution faster and you didn't wait 3 hours. Regarding the English speaking driver, we are sorry that the communication did not meet your expectations. Your order was made at the last minute, our best drivers were already booked and we did the best we could at the moment so that you could visit Salzburg and that's why we hired a driver who doesn't normally work for us and for that I apologize! Regarding inspection delays and rescheduling: we always try to find the best possible solution for our customers, even if the circumstances are complicated. We apologize if you felt that our services were not up to the level you are used to. We will work on it.
