'S Ochtends wacht onze gids op je in de privéauto om je reis te beginnen met het ophalen van je hotel in Caïro of Gizeh om naar de piramides van Gizeh te gaan, de oudste van de zeven wereldwonderen, en de laatste die nog staan.
Verken de piramides van Gizeh Je gids zal het verhaal van hun monumentale gebouw beschrijven en je vertellen over hun mysteries
Ga daarna verder richting de Grote Sfinx. De Sfinx heeft het hoofd van een farao met het lichaam van een leeuw en dateert uit de tijd van Chephren. Deze sfinx is gemaakt om de piramides van koning Chefren te bewaken. Ga dan rechtstreeks naar de sfinx en zijn tempel om het enorme gebouw naast de sfinx te zien dat ze de tempel van mummificatie noemden. Je kunt in dit gebied veel herdenkingsfoto's maken en vervolgens een kameelrit maken van ongeveer een half uur rond het piramidegebied en verkennen vele prachtige uitzichten op dit geweldige gebied en zijn omgeving.
Spring dan op een quad en ga op pad om de grote piramides van dichtbij te verkennen. Berijd je quad rond de piramides en bewonder de grootsheid van de piramides van Cheops, Mykerinus en Chephren van buiten het piramidegebied Dan neemt onze gids je mee naar een van de Egyptische lokale restaurants om de lekkerste en lekkerste gerechten te eten
Vervolg uw dagtocht naar Sakkara, dat slechts ongeveer 27 km ten zuidwesten van Caïro ligt. Hier bezoekt u de trappenpiramide die werd gebouwd voor koning Zoser. Het wordt beschouwd als een belangrijk onderdeel van het proces van piramide-evolutie dat werd gemaakt van de eenvoudige mastaba tot zijn algemeen bekende vorm. Daarna vervolg je je dagtocht naar Memphis, de oude hoofdstad van Egypte, waar het kolossale standbeeld van Ramses II en de grote albasten sfinx staan. Deze stad dateert uit 3100 voor Christus

If you're short on time and want to see not only the pyramids in Giza, but also the wonderful sites in Saqqara and Dahshur, this is your tour. It's well organised, they take care of everything, you can relax in the car, have your guide give you detailed explanation on sites and explore then a bit on your own. The lunch was fantastic too! Thank you to Hadeer and Ezat, who came to pick me up even in advance and was great all around.
