We went to the Pyramids and the GEM, Mimo and Amr showed amazing talent. Punctual and knowledgeable. Detailed and informative. Speaks English well. I recommend it if you are visiting Egypt.
We had an absolutely amazing experience with our tour guide, Mimo, and our driver, Ashraf! Mimo is incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated, bringing the history of the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum to life in a way that made the experience unforgettable. We loved riding camels, learning so much about Egyptian history, and having the flexibility to choose from several optional stops along the way. We never felt rushed, had plenty of time at each attraction, and were genuinely cared for from start to finish. Ashraf made every drive smooth and comfortable, and together they provided truly five-star service. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Egypt!
It was an amazing day, Mimo the guide was very good. Mimo took special care to show me all the special places and views of the piramides and the sphinx. He was also amazing at telling all the stories in the Grand Egyptian Museum. Also a special thanks to the driver Amr. They both made the day feel amazing.
Would recommend the excursion - Hagar is an excellent tour guide, with excellent English and a degree in Egyptology. She has made the tour of the Gaza pyramids and the GEM super informative and interesting. Buffet lunch was good with plenty of choices. We arrived a bit early which was good in hindsight as it got busy later. I only chose to visit 2 shops - essential oils and jewellery. Would recommend the oils shop - very pleasant detour with ladies there very pleasant and a perfect place for a refreshments. I was impressed with various pure oils so bought some. In the jewellery shop it was not my thing - I didn't buy anything and that was fine too. The driver was very helpful and on the way back we stopped in the District of art galleries, recommended to me.
The tour was great, amazing sites to see and wonderful people all around us. What made the tour exceptional were our guide Mimo and driver Ashraf. They were very helpful and friendly but they went the extra mile to accommodate my mother who had some limited mobility. She was struggling to walk far or fast but they made sure she was comfortable everywhere we went. Mimo was professional but fun. We went to a spice shop and a jewelry store as well as the Pyramids and GEM. He tailored the tour to our wants and needs and again he had our best interests in mind. Thank you again to Mimo and Ashraf for a very special day.

Amazing tour planned with excellent guide Michael He was professional well versed and like a brother too.
Moshi was attentive, knowledgeable, very personable and helped my 80 year old mom ever step of our tour. She answered all our questions and provided us with great information. She made our first day and time in Cairo great. Also she helped us book another tour. She was wonderful! I did not give the 5 stars because the tour description said pyramids and museum. However we ended up visiting a spice, papyrus, and essence/perfumes shops where we were sold using very persuasive tactics very expensive and over priced products. I would recommend to disclose these stops to give the customer the choice. Being a person that feels the pressure to buy after tasting products and listening to lengthy explanations; we ended up spending a lot more than we planned on things that are not necessarily and as I said highly overpriced. That being said, I highly recommend the tour and sweet Moshi.
It was a little hard to hear the English, but the guides were very kind and friendly to children. I was able to go to a market that was not accessible by family alone, and I had very good memories.
