Ontdek El Yunque op de boutique manier. Onze privé regenwoudtour is ontworpen voor reizigers die een authentieke, veilige en intieme ervaring willen. Hoewel veel tours 20-40 personen per Gids bevatten, geven we je een persoonlijke ervaring voor meer persoonlijke aandacht, comfort en veiligheid. Reis vanuit San Juan in een voertuig met airconditioning en verken de weelderige paden van El Yunque met uw gecertificeerde Gids. Kom meer te weten over de geschiedenis, cultuur en wilde dieren van het regenwoud terwijl je naar de rivier gaat. Geniet van natuurlijke waterglijbanen, touwschommels en kristalheldere zwembaden met hoogwaardige helmen en zwemvesten inbegrepen. In tegenstelling tot andere El Yunque tours die 7 + uur kunnen duren als gevolg van drukte en lange wachttijden, onze strategisch getimede 5 - uur ervaring vermijdt vertragingen. In de middagtour zie je misschien andere groepen, maar nooit lange rijen of chaotische knelpunten. Geniet van El Yunque zonder haast, zonder stress - gewoon puur natuur, avontuur en een Gids die echt om je geeft.

Om ons geweldige avontuur te beginnen, haalt onze gids je op bij je favoriete hotel, resort, residentie of airbnb in San Juan, Isla Verde en Condado (hoewel hotels in Rio Grande of Fajardo mogelijk niet in aanmerking komen, kunnen we een handig ontmoetingspunt regelen in de buurt van je accommodatie voor uw gemak en comfort). Het schema is van 7.00 uur tot 12.00 uur of van 12.00 uur tot 17.00 uur. Beide schema's zijn strategisch gekozen om de drukte te verslaan die door de grote groepen andere bedrijven wordt gecreëerd en het voor u comfortabeler en veiliger te maken.
Bij aankomst leidt onze gecertificeerde gids je door deze geweldige geheime plek van "El Yunque". In dit gebied verken je de modderpaden en het weelderige groen van het regenwoud. De wandeling duurt in totaal ongeveer 2,4 km en duurt ongeveer twintig minuten om het eerste badgedeelte te bereiken en nog eens vijftien minuten wandelen over rotsen om bij de waterglijbaan te komen. We zullen ongeveer 2 uur doorbrengen in het regenwoud waar we zullen zwemmen, aan het touw slingeren zoals Tarzan, van een natuurlijke waterglijbaan glijden, afkoelen onder de waterval en van verschillende kliffen springen.
Zodra de ervaring voorbij is, wordt elk lid van de groep teruggebracht naar zijn accommodatie of ontmoetingspunt.

Privétour voor minimaal 4 personen inclusief vervoer – Kleinere groepen (2-3 personen) zijn welkom om deze privé-ervaring te boeken door de totale kosten te dekken die overeenkomen met 4 deelnemers. (Leeftijd 10 tot 60) **Belangrijkste informatie** In tegenstelling tot andere tours in hetzelfde gebied die worden aangeboden door concurrenten, opereert onze tour op strategische momenten die ons in staat stellen om drukte en lange wachttijden te vermijden. Terwijl andere tours meer dan 8 tot 10 uur kunnen duren vanwege de rijen en het drukke bezoekersverkeer, kunt u met onze 5-uur durende tour genieten van alle activiteiten met minder wachttijd. U zult niets missen. Het is alsof je een Fast Pass hebt in Disney parken! [Stap 1]: U kunt kiezen uit een van onze twee opties: Van 7.00 tot 12.00 uur of van 12.00 tot 17.00 uur, afhankelijk van wat u het beste uitkomt. Gasten die dichter bij El Yunque verblijven (Luquillo, Fajardo, Río Grande) hebben een latere ophaaltijd (rond 12:30 uur).Wij bevestigen de dag ervoor uw exacte ophaaltijd. Neem gerust contact met ons op met eventuele vragen! [Stap 2]: Je wordt opgehaald bij je favoriete hotel, resort, residentie, Airbnb of cruisehaven in San Juan, Isla Verde of Condado (Hoewel hotels in Rio Grande of Fajardo mogelijk niet in aanmerking komen, kunnen we een handig ontmoetingspunt in de buurt van je accommodatie regelen voor je gemak en comfort). [Stap 3]: Uw gids neemt de dag voor de activiteit 's avonds rond 19.30 uur contact met u op via sms om uw ophaaltijd door te geven en u moet een digitale verklaring van afstand ondertekenen voordat u met de tour begint. [Stap 4]: Zorg ervoor dat u voor het ophalen uw badpak, sneakers met goede grip aantrekt en uw handdoek en een extra set kleding meeneemt om af te drogen en u om te kleden na uw tour. Opmerking: Geen Yeezys glijbanen, Crocs, sandalen of waterschoenen toegestaan (te glad voor deze wandeling). [Stap 5]: Zorg ervoor dat u klaar bent om aan boord te gaan van het voertuig op de door uw gids vastgestelde ophaaltijd. Chauffeurs wachten niet langer dan 10 minuten na de geplande ophaaltijd. Onze reisleider sms’t of belt je als je op de afgesproken locatie bent aangekomen. Belangrijk: Onze activiteit is ontworpen voor mensen tussen 10 en 60 jaar oud met een uitstekende fysieke conditie. Je moet zelfstandig kunnen lopen op oneffen ondergronden. Om veiligheidsredenen mogen mensen met overgewicht, eerdere verwondingen, zwangerschap of gezondheidsproblemen niet deelnemen. Bewijs van leeftijd via licentie of geboorteakte zal worden vereist om naleving van deze vereisten te garanderen. Bovendien zullen geen uitzonderingen of terugbetalingen worden gemaakt aan degenen die zich niet aan deze voorwaarden houden. (Cruise schip pick-ups) • Zorg ervoor dat u voor deze tour buiten het cruiseschip bent en klaar staat om in het voertuig te stappen voor 7:00 uur of 12:00 uur om te voorkomen dat u de tour mist. (Houd er rekening mee dat het uitstappen ongeveer 30 minuten tot een uur kan duren.) • Eenmaal van het cruiseschip, zullen we u ontmoeten voor het bord 'I LOVE PUERTO RICO' op het afgesproken tijdstip. We kijken ernaar uit om uw Rainforest ervaring onvergetelijk te maken!” • Als u de ochtendtour kiest, bevestig dan dat uw cruise na 13:30 uur vanuit Puerto Rico vertrekt om een tijdige aankomst te garanderen. Voor de 12:00 uur tour, gelieve te controleren of uw cruise vertrekt na 18:30 uur om een vlotte aankomst te garanderen.

- Reizigers moeten ten minste een gemiddelde conditie hebben
- BELANGRIJK: Onze activiteit is bedoeld voor mensen tussen (10 en 60 jaar oud) met een goede fysieke conditie. Je moet zelfstandig kunnen lopen op oneffen ondergrond. Om veiligheidsredenen mogen mensen met overgewicht, eerdere blessures, zwanger of gezondheidsproblemen niet deelnemen. Bewijs van leeftijd via rijbewijs of geboorteakte is vereist om naleving van deze vereisten te garanderen. Bovendien worden er geen uitzonderingen of terugbetalingen gedaan aan degenen die zich niet aan deze voorwaarden houden.
- Deelnemers moeten fysiek in staat zijn om zonder hulp door steile, rotsachtige, modderige en oneffen oppervlakken te lopen.
- Deze tour werkt op basis van weers- en rivieromstandigheden. Bij slecht weer krijgt u de mogelijkheid om de afspraak te verzetten of terug te betalen.
- Gebruik van zwemvest en helm is verplicht.
- Op zaterdag is de wandeling ongeveer 15 minuten langer omdat we vanaf een ander punt vertrekken.
- Tours Hacker behoudt zich het recht van toegang voor - Als een persoon onder invloed lijkt te zijn van alcohol of drugs, instructies niet opvolgt, verstoringen veroorzaakt of valse informatie verstrekt, zoals liegen over zijn leeftijd, heeft de gids het recht om zijn reservering te annuleren op elk moment. In dergelijke gevallen vindt geen restitutie plaats. We geven prioriteit aan de veiligheid en het plezier van alle deelnemers en verwachten eerlijkheid in alle aspecten van het boekingsproces.
- Personen met de eerder genoemde gezondheidsbeperkingen kunnen niet deelnemen aan de tour. Er wordt geen restitutie verleend als een persoon nalaat de volledige beschrijving te lezen en niet voldoet aan de veiligheidseisen en beperkingen op de dag van de tour.
- Minimaal 4 personen per reservering vereist
- Beleid voor persoonlijke bezittingen voor de excursie naar het regenwoud: Bij onze Rainforest Excursion staan de veiligheid en beleving van onze gasten voorop. Vanwege de aard van de activiteit – die bestaat uit wandelen, watercontact en constante beweging in een natuurlijke omgeving – raden we deelnemers ten zeerste aan geen persoonlijke bezittingen mee te nemen, tenzij dit absoluut noodzakelijk is. Hoewel we het gebruik van brillen op sterkte toestaan voor degenen die ze nodig hebben voor het zicht, moeten alle andere persoonlijke spullen op een veilige locatie worden achtergelaten voor de excursie.
- Vrijwaring van aansprakelijkheid: Ons bedrijf is NIET verantwoordelijk voor verlies, beschadiging of misplaatsing van persoonlijke bezittingen tijdens de excursie. We begrijpen dat de aard van de tour activiteiten omvat die het risico op verlies van items kunnen vergroten, zoals lopen op oneffen terrein, zwemmen in de rivier, glijden op rotsen en in het water springen. Als een deelnemer ervoor kiest om persoonlijke spullen mee te nemen, doet hij dit op eigen risico. We zullen de excursie niet kunnen stoppen om te zoeken naar verloren voorwerpen in het bos of de rivier. We waarderen uw begrip en medewerking om ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen geniet van een zorgeloze ervaring.

This was a phenomenal experience. It was great especially bc it was a private group, in an air conditioned car picked us up right from the San Juan cruise port. The father and son duo of tour guides were knowledgeable and very professional and friendly. The son took all our pictures and videos on a nice camera so we didn’t need to carry a thing. We got to do the water slide, rope swing jump and cliff jumps. The hike was definitely not for the out of shape though, we did have some climbing and rocks were slippery in some areas so I wouldn’t recommend for elderly or disabled. I am not very fit and had to stop for quick breaks but it was worth the effort to get to the waterfall and slide. I highly recommend!

The tour was amazing the our guide, Michael Santiago was the absolute best. Charismatic, Funny, Had a lot of knowledge about the rainforest, Super sweet and helpful. It was a lot of fun and he got great pictures. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We just returned from the private tour El Yunque with Adrian. What a great fun good adrenaline experience my husband and I had! The rain forest, the river and activities spots are just amazing, and Adrian made it very safe and enjoyable and engaging. Appreciate, Adrian, your professionalism, such a great attitude and energy. We had an amazing experience. We are so grateful we were able to have a small group tour and we feel beyond blessed that our guide was Adrian. It was obvious from the start that Adrian was the best guide in all of Yunque. He was funny, personable, knowledgable about Yunque, and so tall. Way taller than Michael. Truly Adrian made our experience so special; he stopped to show us plants, lizards, and even summoned a special bird native to PR, we got to skip lines and do activities that were uniquely suited for us. Also, he takes the best pictures (it helps being tall).

Javier was an incredible tour guide for our visit to El Yunque with my sister, my mom, and me. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. We loved learning about the rainforest plants and exploring the beautiful scenery. The rock climbing, natural water slides, and rope swings were all such a fun adventure! One thing we especially appreciated was how thoughtful Javier was — he encouraged us to leave our cameras behind so we wouldn’t have to worry about them getting wet or lost while enjoying the activities. Instead, he took tons of amazing photos for us and shared them afterward, which made the experience even more relaxing and memorable. To top it all off, he also stopped with us for a bite to eat at the end so we could try some delicious local cuisine. We truly had the best time and couldn’t recommend Javier enough!

Michael was a fantastic guide! His knowledge of and enthusiasm for the rainforest made for such a fun trip. I was not sure exactly what we were getting ourselves into with the ‘adventure’ part, but he guided us through perfectly! He also knows the birds and found a Puerto Rican Tody and hummingbird bird nest. Go in the afternoon. So fun!

Had a great time and much more activity than I expected but it was great and Arnel was a great guide. Made sure the group was taken care of throughout the experience took pictures and videos so we didn’t have to carry our phones and extra bags. Great experience all around.
