Ga naar de grote Sfinx van Gizeh en de Valleitempel van de Piramide. Ontdek alle geheimen van de sfinx en de reden van zijn bestaan. Laat de geheime functies van de valleitempel los. Ga voor de sfinx staan en maak de mooiste foto's. Bekijk het hele piramide-grafcomplex vanuit de richting van de sfinx voor meer foto's
Bezoek het Grand Egyptian Museum, het nieuwste museum gebouwd in Egypte. De funderingssteen werd in 2002 toegevoegd, de bouw is in 2021 voltooid. Het Museum werd gebouwd boven 500.000 m2. De inkomhal 7000 m2 omvat het kolossale standbeeld van Ramses II, de grote trappen 6000 m2 omvat 87 grote standbeelden. Twaalf galerijen van 18000 m2 tonen de monumenten uit de predynastieke periode tot de Griekse Romeinse tijd, monumenten voor de oude Egyptische samenleving, koningshuis en godheid. Bezoek koning Tut funerary collectie, de meest complete collectie ooit gevonden in een tombe, meer dan 5300 stuk monument met het gouden Masker 11 kg massief goud en de gouden kist 111 kg massief goud en vele andere monumenten.

We had an unforgettable experience exploring the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum with our amazing tour guide, Emad Salib. Amazing private tour in Cairo with Emad Salib. Very knowledgeable guide with great English and explained everything really well. We visited the Pyramids, Sphinx and GEM and the whole day was organised perfectly. The private AC car was clean and comfortable and water was provided throughout the tour. Everything was on time, the pace was great and the whole experience felt very smooth and stress free. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cairo.

Great experience with Emad Salib. Gave us plenty of time to see the pyramids in detail, inside and out. Optional stops at papyrus and perfume shops were interesting. Lunch was very tasty. The guided tour of the GEM focused on particularly interesting artefacts but time was given at the end to see the rest by ourselves at our own pace.

We had already spent a marvelous day with guide Emad Salib exploring Saqqara, Dashur, and Memphis, so our expectations were high going into Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum—and somehow, the day exceeded them. We started at the Giza Pyramid Complex, including going inside Menkaure Pyramid, which was a tight squeeze, but special experience. There was plenty of time for photos and to explore around each site. Emad's historical knowledge and storytelling made it easy to imagine how the pyramids were built and what life was like at the time. Every question we had was answered clearly and thoughtfully. We also walked down to the Great Sphinx of Giza. It was busy, but approaching it on foot gave us a different perspective and a more relaxed way to take it all in. We spent the afternoon at the museum, where Emad guided us through the highlights at just the right level—engaging, informative, and never overwhelming. Our time together in the Tutankhamun halls was evocative and the exhibits absolutely mind-blowing. Emad Salib is friendly, humble, and incredibly knowledgeable. He never pushes you into anything and truly tailors the day to your interests. We have no hesitation in recommending him!
