Booked this at a tour place in ho chi minh, and highly recommend! Our tour guide Tien was awesome and really jolly and hospitable toward our group. He went above and beyond and was really chatty and seemed passionate about his job. Furthermore he ensured that everyone was taken care of and had a wonderful time at Ba Na Hills. Super funny too :) Ba na hills itself was a great experience, if you go I would recommend you ride the alpine coaster, which isnt scary at all for those wondering as you can control how fast or slow you go. Only negative takeaway would be large crowds however thats a given as Ba Na Hills is quite a popular tourist destination, especially at this time of year. Overall would recommend! If you can request Tien as your tour guide, you wont regret it! Also big ups to the kawaii bee big W for ba na hills team 🫰 ps to the religious lads there is a pagoda up in ba na hills which has great views and a large buddha

Well worth a visit ! The theme park is so big ! Still a great deal of construction happening in the theme park, but just the experience of the scale of dynamics was amazing . The cable car is so amazing.. it was constructed so well! It is so dynamic on the scale of work that the Vietnamese achieve ! The gardens were beautiful , the Golden Bridge Hands were so unique with the intensity of the meaning, as well as the development of the construction . Well worth a visit just to see the grandness of the park , plus the climate is cooler and appreciative whilst experiencing the park .

First of all, I would not visit Ba Na Hills without a guide. Our guide Sherlock knew exactly where to go. On our own, we would have been lost because there is so much to see. Our ticket included lunch, and the buffet had many options. Sherlock let us enjoy everything at our own pace, was informative and accommodating. I would not hesitate to book another tour with Sherlock.

It was great ! I had a wonderfull expérience with mr Bean as a guide ! The ba nha hills tour by it sefl is interesting (and à little weird as a french man). But the cheerfullness and energy of our guide made it a great time !

Our tour to Bana Hills from Hoi An was fantastic, largely thanks to our excellent guide, Mr. Bean! The transport was incredibly convenient, with a hotel pick-up right from the Hoian Old Quarter. Mr. Bean's advice on the weather was spot-on. He accurately predicted an upcoming storm and planned our day accordingly, advising us on spending more or less time at certain attractions. He even secured fast passes for the cable car, which was a lifesaver! We avoided hours of waiting in line, especially crucial with the rain storm hitting, and got down the mountain efficiently right as the storm calmed down. We managed to see pretty much everything Bana Hills has to offer. Mr. Bean also helped us find a fantastic buffet restaurant that wasn't too crowded and served delicious food. He was also super helpful and helped us take pictures and recommended certain spot for good photographs. Highly recommend this tour and especially Mr. Bean!

This is an amazing place. Our tour was led by Mr Bean. He was very knowledgeable and helped us avoid the crowds as much as possible. He was also playful and animated. He kept me smiling all day.

Wonderful day visiting the bana hills, via cable car, Golden bridge, pagoda, gardens, French village, luna castle. Via the train car, Lots of things to do and see. Our guide "Mr Bean from England" made sure we had a great day. Thanks to him for explaining everything and also getting us the wow pass to save time on long queues.

Getting a guide was the key to success for this tour. I would not recommend to explore this destination on your own. Our guide Kevin from Viator knew the ways through the park, could add facts and funny stories, recommended best route considering time we had. His recommendation to invest in Fast track option was also worth any penny (or dong).
