Onze tour begint met een pick-up bij je accommodatie in Kaapstad en de omliggende gebieden om 09:00 uur (flexibel) tijdens deze privétour naar Kaap de Goede Hoop en de kolonie Boulders Penguins. We beginnen met een korte oriëntatietour door de stad om belangrijke monumenten en gebouwen in het stadscentrum te zien.
Van daaruit stoppen we in de Bo-Kaap (Kaap Malay Quarter) voor een fotomoment met kleurrijke huizen, die een grote historische betekenis heeft. U kunt zelfs een kans hebben om een aantal van de lokale bevolking te begroeten als ze in zicht zijn. Uw Gids informeert u over de kleurrijke huizen en hun historische betekenis.
We maken een schilderachtige rit langs de Atlantische kust met de bergen aan de ene kant en de oceaan aan de andere kant, door Three Anchor Bay, Bantry Bay, Clifton en stoppen in Camps Bay. Maiden's Cove is de perfecte plek voor u om herinneringen te creëren met spectaculaire foto's terwijl u zich verwondert over het prachtige uitzicht op de Twaalf Apostelen en het strand van Camps Bay. Deze baai is een van de beste plekken in Kaapstad om panoramische foto's te maken van de oceaan, Camps Bay Beach gecombineerd met het uitzicht op de Tafelberg, Lion's Head en de prachtige buitenwijken van Clifton, Camps Bay, enz... Mocht u ervoor kiezen om de optionele boottocht naar Seal Island te maken, dan duurt de duur 45 - minuten. Deze excursie is weersafhankelijk. Neem alsjeblieft een lichte trui mee, want de temperaturen dalen vaak als we op zee zijn.
We reizen langs de schilderachtige kust van de Atlantische Oceaan en passeren Llandudno, beroemd om het duurste onroerend goed in Zuid-Afrika, totdat we bij Hout Bay aankomen. Als u aankomt in de haven van Hout Bay, heeft u de mogelijkheid om een boottocht van 45 minuten naar Seal Island te maken om de zeehonden te bekijken, of u kunt winkelen op de markt.
Vanuit Hout Bay rijden we langs Chapman's Peak en stoppen bij het uitzichtpunt voor spectaculaire foto's. Het is geen wonder dat Chapman's Peak een van de mooiste routes ter wereld is.
We vervolgen onze kustreis met een optionele stop in Noordhoek, met het adembenemende uitzicht op Noordhoek en Long Beach onder ons. Reizigers hebben de mogelijkheid om voor eigen rekening te genieten van de beste koffie die in Kaapstad wordt gebrouwen in de Village Roast.
Een optionele stop voor wijnproeverijen bij de voortreffelijke Cape Point Vineyards wordt aangeboden. Omgeven door prachtige wijngaarden en uitzicht op de oceaan in de verte, zorgt een koele bries van de zee voor een langzaam groeiend seizoen, met een late oogst die resulteert in een werkelijk unieke Sauvignon Blanc die over de hele wereld wordt erkend vanwege zijn rijke mineraliteit, structuur , en toon. Een optionele sit-down lunch in hun restaurant of een picknicklunch met uitzicht op de kunstmatige dam wordt ten zeerste aanbevolen.
We verkennen de Kaap de Goede Hoop en nemen onze iconische foto met het Kaap de Goede Hoop naambord. Hier gaan we ook de Dias & Vasco DA Gama monumenten verkennen. Er zijn ook prachtige stranden die u onderweg zult zien, evenals verschillende fauna en flora.
Vanaf Kaap de Goede Hoop rijden we naar Kaappunt. Aangekomen op Cape Point hebben we de keuze tussen een wandeling van 15 minuten of de Flying Dutchman-kabelbaan naar de vuurtoren van Cape Point. Hier zullen we ook het meest zuidwestelijke punt van Afrika verkennen, bekend als de Kaappunt, waar de koude Benguela uit de Atlantische Oceaan de warme Agulhas-stroom van de Indische Oceaan ontmoet.
Onze volgende stop is de pinguïnkolonie op Boulders beach, waar uw Gids u naar het uitkijkpunt begeleidt om enkele van de 2500 broedparen Afrikaanse pinguïns van dichtbij te zien. Misschien vind je zelfs een of twee van deze betoverende wezens naast je op de promenade.
Onze terugweg is voorbij Muizenberg waar je de gekleurde strandhuisjes ziet. De strandhuisjes worden gebruikt als kleedkamers. Deze doen denken aan de "badmachine" van de jaren 1800, een karachtige structuur die naar de waterkant werd gereden, waardoor de dames hun badkleding konden aantrekken.
Je wordt om ongeveer 18:00 uur teruggebracht naar de accommodatie van de gasten in Kaapstad.

My husband and I had a jam packed experience seeing all the key sights in Capetown! And all the thanks goes to our very kind and knowledgeable guide, Ejide. From the moment we started, Ejide made the day both fun and informative. He took us through the heart of the city, sharing the fascinating history of how Cape Town was founded and its development over the centuries. He also gave us an incredible overview of South Africa’s history, including the inspiring story and legacy of Nelson Mandela, bringing each place we visited to life with interesting facts and stories. The itinerary was perfectly planned. We enjoyed a fantastic seal boat tour, visited the breathtaking Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point, and stopped at Boulders Beach to see the adorable penguins up close. We also stopped at viewpoints and an ostrich farm! Along the way, Ejide took us to a wonderful coffee shop and a beautiful restaurant overlooking the coastline near Cape Point, where the views were just as memorable as the food. Every stop showcased the incredible beauty, wildlife, and scenery that Cape Town has to offer, and Ejide made sure we had plenty of time to take it all in. He also went above and beyond by taking so many amazing photos of us throughout the day, giving us wonderful memories to take home. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a comprehensive, well-organized, and unforgettable tour of Cape Town with a guide who is friendly, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable, I couldn’t recommend Ejide and this tour more highly!
Nathan, our tour guide was great. Even after having to fix a flat tire we unfortunately got at the cape of Good Hope, he remained in good spirits and went out of his way by taking us to the top of Signal Hill f9r and exceptional night photograph of all of Cape Town.

We have had an amazing day out with our tour guide Mena. He arrived on time to pick us up, and with his seamless arrangement, we had our boat trip to the seal island and the boulder island with minimal waiting and queuing.
