Onze rondreis kenmerkt zich door het comfort en de exclusiviteit die wij onze passagiers bieden, u leert Quito op een andere manier kennen en samen met onze gespecialiseerde gidsen kunt u de meest iconische plekken van deze stad bezichtigen. Er zijn minimaal 2 passagiers vereist.

Passagiers worden opgehaald bij hun hotel en naar de Basiliekkerk gebracht, waar onze tour begint.
Onze gids zal van buiten de kerk een algemene uitleg geven, en als passagiers dat wensen, kunnen ze de torens betreden. De Basiliek van de Nationale Gelofte is een neogotisch religieus gebouw in het historische centrum van Quito. Vanwege zijn afmetingen en stijl werd het beschouwd als de grootste neogotische tempel in Amerika, en was het tot 2017 ook de hoogste religieuze tempel in Latijns-Amerika. Het is gelegen in het gebied dat bekend staat als Santa Prisca, in de straten Carchi en Venezuela. naast het klooster van de paters Oblaten.
Passagiers worden overgebracht van de Basiliekkerk naar het Onafhankelijkheidsplein.
Plaza Grande is het centrale plein van de hoofdstad, het politieke en historische centrum van Ecuador en de symbolische zetel van de president van Ecuador. Het is het referentiepunt voor de hoogte van de stad, gelegen op 2818 m boven zeeniveau. N. M. Het belangrijkste kenmerk is het Onafhankelijkheidsmonument, gewijd aan de helden van de onafhankelijkheid op 10 augustus 1809, een datum die herinnerd wordt als de Eerste Roep van de Spaans-Amerikaanse Onafhankelijkheid, die in het midden staat.
Onze gids geeft je een algemene uitleg van buiten de kerk en als passagiers dat wensen, kunnen ze naar binnen en een lokale gids geeft ze meer details. Het bedrijf is een van de grootste toeristische attracties in de stad en een erfgoed van onschatbare waarde, zowel artistiek als economisch, voor het land vanwege de rijke architectuur en interne versieringen, volledig bedekt met gouden platen.
We bezoeken de Plaza de San Francisco, dit is het grootste plein in het historische centrum van Quito. Het wordt gedomineerd door de imposante façade van de kerk en het klooster van San Francisco, waaraan het zijn naam ontleent, en vestigt zich in een van de meest representatieve stedelijke omgeving van de stad sinds de koloniale tijd, toen de centrale fontein eeuwenlang de bewoners van water voorzag.
Onze gids beveelt een typisch restaurant in het historische centrum van Quito aan, waar u tijd kunt hebben voor de lunch. (NIET INBEGREPEN).
Passagiers worden overgebracht van het historische centrum van Quito naar Panecillo.
We bezoeken Panecillo, het is een natuurlijke hoogte van 3.000 meter boven zeeniveau. Vanwege de ligging is het het belangrijkste natuurlijke uitkijkpunt van de stad geworden, van waaruit je de stedelijke indeling van de Ecuadoraanse hoofdstad kunt bewonderen, vanuit het historische centrum en richting de noordelijke en zuidelijke uiteinden. De Panecillo wordt gekroond door een gigantische aluminium sculptuur van de "Maagd van Quito", gemaakt door de Spaanse Agustín de la Herrán Matorras, gebaseerd op het werk gecomponeerd door Bernardo de Legarda, een van de belangrijkste vertegenwoordigers van de School Quito
Passagiers worden vervoerd van Panecillo naar het Sitio Intiñan Museum, midden in de wereld.
Het Intiñan Site Museum heeft een interactieve rondleiding voor u, waarbij u leert over de geschiedenis van onze voorouderlijke volkeren en de prachtige effecten die de zon teweegbrengt in onze zonnecilinder. Reis naar het verleden door de eeuwenoude hutten, ontdek en begrijp de fysieke verschijnselen van de aarde met onze didactische voorbeelden, observeer het pad van de zon (Intiñan) in de Acoratene en geniet natuurlijk van een natuurlijke en bevoorrechte omgeving.
Passagiers worden overgebracht van het Sitio Intiñan Museum naar hun hotel. Einde van onze dienstverlening.

Franklin curated a full day trip for 14 of us to enjoy Quito in a day. Even though I organised this day a full 10 months ahead, he took it seriously. He took the trouble to understand my interests and inform me of the nature of the sites and estimate of time required. As requested he provided a very detailed itinerary of sites, times, with flexibility of pre paid & optional entry costs. He included a tasting of local food and drink taking dietary needs into consideration, which was enjoyed by all. He gave us a very interesting synopsis of Ecuador and Quito in particular for the full 45 minutes it took us to reach Mitad del Mundo which was informative & enjoyable. Excellent customer service & efficiency in planning and execution on the day in a comfortable vehicle. His knowledge and historical anecdotes added interest. He also organised efficient and timely transport for 14 to the airport. Thank you, Franklin. Best wishes.

Frank was recommended to us as a professional guide who could show us around Quito. We contacted him at short notice and he agreed to take us out the following day. He did not disappoint as we spent a wonderful day with him! Frank is a professional guide, who is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. His command of English put me to shame! He was also a good/safe driver and had a nice/large/clean vehicle. Frank showed us around the sites of Quito, stopping to explain the history, which made it so much more meaningful. We visited some wonderful churches, historical statues and sites. When it started to rain, he knew where to purchase waterproof ponchos to keep us dry, and where we could shelter and rest until the rain stopped. Frank is professional, pleasant, relaxed, and was happy to answer our questions about Quito, and life in Ecuador. He even organised our return transfer to the airport the following day. Our experience started with airport transfers from Quito airport to The JW Marriott in Quito. Pleasant and lots of information about the city and surrounding area along the way with Wilson. Then next day Franklin shared his passion for Quito with us. His knowledge and passion showed through at each new site and all along the way. We did the 2 day Otovalo experience with an overnight stay in a beautiful historic Hacienda Pinsaqui. Franklin was an amazing guide. He was prompt, informative, knowledgeable and the activities planned were thoughtful and we got to experience some of the real Ecuador. Even when the weather changed and we couldn’t do one of the planned trips, Franklin detoured and we visited the ancient Pyramids at Cochasqui. An amazing historic site. So, If you want authentic, passionate travel in Ecuador then Four Worlds is the way to go.

Franklin is THE best!! He took us to or from the airport 3 times on this trip, and we also did a day tour of Quito with him. He was FANTASTIC! We spent a day in Quito before a trip to Galapagos, and used Franklin and Four Winds as our airport transportation and tour guide in Quito. We had a phenomenal and interesting day with him. Franklin greeted us with a smile, his English is excellent, and he was so friendly and shared so much about his beautiful country with us. We spent a day in Quito at Mitad del Mundo (equator) and Old Town Quito, a UNESCO world heritage site.
