Ophaallocaties en -tijden
We monitoren en volgen alle vluchten, zodat we u op tijd kunnen ophalen, of uw vlucht nu vroeg aankomt of vertraagd is. U ontvangt de contactgegevens en het telefoonnummer van uw chauffeur binnen 12 uur voor uw geplande ophaaltijd, zodat u ze op elk moment kunt bereiken indien nodig. Als u problemen ondervindt, neem dan contact op met uw toegewezen operatorvertegenwoordiger of chauffeur op het opgegeven nummer. Uw chauffeur wacht tot 60 minuten na uw landingstijd op het aangewezen ophaalpunt in de aankomsthal met een bord met uw naam. Het is essentieel om binnen een uur na de landing contact op te nemen met uw chauffeur of vertegenwoordiger op het opgegeven nummer om uw aanwezigheid op de luchthaven te bevestigen. Als u aanzienlijke vertragingen ondervindt als gevolg van paspoortcontrole of het ophalen van bagage, informeer dan uw chauffeur om verwarring te voorkomen en ervoor te zorgen dat we weten dat u nog steeds op de luchthaven bent. Voor hotel, openbare locatie, of grote locaties pick-ups, neem dan contact op met uw chauffeur indien nodig om ze te lokaliseren. Voor andere ophaallocaties kunt u op het opgegeven adres wachten en op het geplande tijdstip klaarstaan om te vertrekken. Als u hulp nodig hebt, aarzel dan niet om ons te bellen – we helpen u graag!

We took a private taxi from Marrakech to Essaouira. Ismail was a fantastic driver, attentive to me and my 3 children; he advised us on places and restaurants to visit. He dropped us off wherever we wanted each time. Perfect service, very good driver. Ask for it!!

Mochin was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. We used him for our airport transfers, a return trip to our quad biking excursion and transport into the city for dinner. He was always punctual, friendly, and professional, making every journey enjoyable with great music and safe, comfortable driving.
