Tijdens deze rit ontdekt u de niet te missen monumenten en pleinen van Bordeaux, zoals de Place de la Bourse en zijn beroemde waterspiegel, het Grand Théâtre of de Grosse Cloche. Uw chauffeur brengt u naar karakteristieke plekken van de stad, zoals de wijk Chartrons die verbonden is met de wijnhandel, of de wijk Saint-Michel die bekend staat om zijn aangename sfeer. Je passeert ook aan de andere kant van de rivier de Garonne om te genieten van een adembenemend uitzicht op het historische deel van Bordeaux! I booked the trip specially because the 2CV is my favourite car! Our guide Tom was extremely polite and knowledgeable on the history and architecture of Bordeaux. I would have loved a bit of chat about the car, or just general chat - but that would have just made what was already a great experience even more fun! I loved it!
Riding in an open top Citroen in Bordeaux was the perfect way to see & learn. We drove on both sides of the river, seeing the new and old. Our driver, Simon, was very kind & knowledgeable, & made the trip worthwhile.
This is a great way to start your Bordeaux trip. It's nice to see the city about the old and the new. It gives you a land plus lots of historical information on such a beautiful city. Our guy did a great job, taking us around and explaining the different kinds and styles of architecture and history of the city.
This very entertaining city tour in the nostalgic 2CV was amazing. We were very lucky and had great weather. That's why we could drive with the open roof which was a great bonus. The tour leads you through various districts of Bordeaux. Our tour guide stopped in between to tell us historic facts and little stories about how the city has changed over the years. We really enjoyed his company and will do this tour again next time we come in Bordeaux.
Guide was lovely and friendly was a little confused with direction's but added to the fun He arrived prompt & guided us through the city

Driver did not show up on time. After 10 minutes. I tried calling the home office without luck. A bit later the driver called me, but the connection was poor; he didn't know where we were (pick up at our cruise ship in Bordeaux). Then I got a call from the home office, again asking where we were; Ditto from the driver, this time using WhatsApp. Driver told us he was given the wrong address and would take 20 minutes to get to us! Bottom line he was 55 minutes late!! As a result, our tour was shortened from 1 hour, 30 minutes to 1 hour, 10 minutes. This was due to a planned follow-on.appt. this wasn't the driver's fault; it was the home office. If you advertise you're going to pick up a guest at their cruise ship, you should know where the cruise ship is! Driver and car five stars; home office one star.
