Coming from a country that manages Covid effectively I was worried about vax status of drivers but Kalo was so helpful and understanding. Jay then continued with the 5-star service. Such a big difference from the dirty Uber ride with the ‘proudly unvaxxed’ Uber driver from the airport when I arrived and not much difference in price. Thanks Jay and Kalo!

I made an online reservation with this company since nobody would answer the phone. They have such nice reviews I figured I wouldn't have any issues. This morning at 5am I was waiting for the car to show up and nothing. I couldn't reach anyone and had no contact from their driver so I had to take my own vehicle which is now going to cost me an arm and a leg because I'm away for 3 weeks! I just got onto the IM with the company and they told me that "I made the mistake". Really? Someone actually just said that in writing to me- to their customer who they screwed over? They're insistent that I will pay the full price even though I plugged in my entire flight detail and confirmation number. And they're telling me I made the mistake! LOL Pure crap!

Yes - clients make mistakes and they pay for them. We should all do- that’s what we learn as kids. Same with us- we ever show up late- ride us free. But enough said here. You come back in a few days.

Elena meet us at the airport as planned. We were late because our flight was late and there were long queues to get through immigration. None of this was a problem for Elena. She drove superbly and gave us lots of useful information on our drive into town. I’d be very happy to have her drive us again.

My driver was very helpful with getting me to find him at the airport and was punctual. Drove safely and got me to the hotel where I was staying. Professional the whole ride through.

Easy to book, was contacted on arrival and even though baggage reclaim took a very long time Ruslan patiently waited. Drive was very comfortable and after an international flight and in a new city, it took all the hassle away.
