Wonderful experience.! The boat left timely and the tour guide was excellent and entertaining. He was very knowledgeable about Chicago.
The guide did an amazing job, his name was Zach. He added a lot of value to that tour.
Excellent way to see the highlights of the beautiful buildings in Downtown Chicago. Tour guide excellent. Would also be helpful to have a QR code that had the pictures of the buildings and names to follow along with the tour guide for those of us who would like a keepsake.
The people were very nice and helpful! I only wish I arrived sooner to get seating at the top of the boat. We stood on the lower level and it had a very nice view but we could not hear the guide very well. It was still a fun experience and definitely worth a visit!
Very interesting learned a lot, didn't know about Chicago not the buildings especially having the 2nd biggest building in the US and one of the top blogs in the world

We got there 9:15 and the boat had already left, you guys need to put on the website that the that’s the time that the boat actually leaves… and we still didn’t get a refund.

It was an awesome experience, the city was absolutely gorgeous!!! The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Purchasing the tickets were easy and available to my phone on time.
This was a great experience, just long enough to get an intro to the architecture and history, but not so long as to get boring. The guide was terrific, and we got fantastic photos! We happened to get fantastic weather but if there's a chance of cold or rain you should dress accordingly since the top of the boat is completely open to the elements. You can always go downstairs to be more protected but I imagine the views wouldn't be as good.
