Onze eerste bestemming is de zeer beroemde rotsformatie van Hin Ta & Hin Yai (grootvader en grootmoeder), gelegen aan de idyllische smaragdgroene zee. Vraag onze gids over de lokale mythologie van deze buitengewone rotsformatie.
Bezoek Lamai View Point en zie de Valentine Stone, in de vorm van een hart. Gelegen in een prachtige tuin, krijgt u ook de kans om te genieten van een fish spa, een hilarische ervaring die uw voeten schoon en zacht maakt. Maak een wandeling van 10 minuten door de tuin om het uitkijkpunt met uitzicht op de oostkust van Koh Samui te bereiken. Je hoeft zelfs niet de trap naar het uitzichtpunt te beklimmen! Leun achterover en laat je meenemen door de enige "kabelbaan" op Koh Samui!
Op het heiligdom van Guan Yu staat een enorm standbeeld van Guan Yu, een historisch figuur uit de Chinese burgeroorlog die leidde tot de ondergang van de Han-dynastie. Dit heiligdom is een belangrijk oriëntatiepunt van Samui geworden en huisvest foto's van enkele van de meest prominente Chinees-Thaise families van Samui.
Na een korte rit komt u aan bij de gemummificeerde monnikstempel, een andere verbazingwekkende en unieke attractie op Koh Samui. Ook deze plaats heeft een origineel verhaal te vertellen.
Bezoek de traditionele gesneden kokosnootfabriek van Samui's One Tambon One-product, waar je de arbeiders zult zien die eenvoudige traditionele gereedschappen gebruiken om een reeks prachtige producten te produceren.
We stoppen bij Big Buddha, of Wat Phra Yai, gelegen op een klein rotsachtig eilandje dat via een lange, onverharde weg met Ko Samui is verbonden.
Onze laatste bestemming is een opmerkelijke tempel, Wat Plai Laem. Het tempelhoofdbeeld is van Guanyin, de godin van mededogen en genade. Ontworpen in de Chinese stijl, zit de opvallende figuur op een platform omringd door het tempelmeer en heeft 18 armen die uitwaaien van de schoot van het zittende standbeeld tot boven haar elegante hoofd. De tempel is omgeven door een meer, dat wemelt van vis. Bezoekers die een kleine schenking aan de tempel doen, krijgen een zak voedsel om de vissen te voeren.

Excellent day - the driver helped us plan our day. We enjoyed a visit to a temple followed by time on a beach, lunch, the water falls and elephants returning to the port for our tender transfer to our cruise ship.

Lucy was amazing. Super accommodating and fun to be around for the 6 hour tour! He spoke great English and had a wonderful personality. He also took us to an amazing super cute spot for lunch located on the water. Really enjoyed our time with him. Quick note if you’re booking this tour is that since you’re booking a VIP Minivan, the car is quite large, so not the type of ride you need for the jungle. Regardless, Lucy was amazing and took us to the Na Mueang waterfalls and a spot we could go for some spontaneous zip-lining (and got some amazing pictures of us in the process!). Super amazing tour and highly recommended!
crew aims to exceed guests' expectations. Our trips visit the Marine Park's best attraction when no one is around! Exclusive to our tours, Kayaking at the secret lagoon makes for a fabulous kayaking experience. Located at the most remote corner of the park we explore the island by kayaks we carry onboard and follow the action from our tender. We snorkel at islands located 20 minutes' sail away from the park as visibility at the park is very limited. We thank you again for your recommendation and hope to see you again on another sunny day. Fully used up the 6 hours. December will be the raining season. Need to avoid. Guide is good with information. Bus is also well maintenance. Prepare for mosquito war.
What a wonderful day! We were picked up on time at the hotel by air-conditioned bus and were thrilled how modern and generous it was. Our German speaking guide was great and had a very pleasant manner. He responded very well to our group, knew a lot to tell and had very good knowledge of German. Lunch at the waterfall was very delicious - there was something for everyone and it was very rich. Although the trip was already April 2017, the whole family still talks about this day today. Sorry for the late review.
