Je gids haalt je op van je hotel om 19.00 uur. om een korte avondrit te maken langs de meest interessante bezienswaardigheden van Quito, zoals de kerk en het plein van San Blas, gesticht in 1568.
Je ziet het Sucre-theater, een uitzonderlijk gebouw uit de 19e eeuw; het klooster van El Carmen Bajo en vele andere architectonische juwelen!
Je maakt een prachtige volledige wandeling langs de hoofdstraten, plus snelle stops op de mooiste plekjes van de koloniale stad van Quito, om de ongelooflijke gebouwen, gebouwen, kloosters, kerken en pleinen te zien verlicht door het maanlicht en prachtige kleuren!
Dit is de beste en veiligste mogelijkheid om 's nachts te genieten van de heerlijke sfeer van Quito. Het is ook mogelijk om de charmante wijk La Ronda te bezoeken, waar we een van de beroemdste zelfgemaakte cocktails van de Sierra-streek genaamd "Canelazo" kunnen proberen, een mengsel van een hete kaneelthee, passievruchtensap en een paar druppels van een veilige lokale "maan shine".

Op de weg terug naar het hotel stopt u voor de Basilica de Quito, een buitengewone kerk gebouwd met neogotische stijl! Je bent ongeveer om 21.30 uur terug in je hotel.

This was a wonderful historic experience of the city. We learned so much about the history of Quito, the architecture of the buildings, and our guide pointed out so many hidden gems along the way. She gave recommendations tailored to what we liked for places to eat, explore, and see. We ended the evening visiting the statue, the largest in South America. She was knowledgeable, funny, and made the tour so special.

Very informative and fun night experience seeing and enjoying the sights in Quito. Night time is very different from day and you experience all the lights and views from a different perspective.

Took this tour during our long layover in Quito airport. It was very nice to see Quito at night. The guide was very knowledgeable. Tour was approximately 2.5hrs long but you will see what is expected. View of the city from the top of the mountain was amazing. It was a nice experience overall.

Our guide, Luis, did a fantastic job catering our tour to our interests. We had just come from two weeks of hiking and snorkeling and were tired! So he managed to make the tour as car friendly as possible to minimize our walking which we appreciated. He shared fascinating insights about the old town, the history of the city, the UNESCO world heritage status, explained all the different churches and took us to see the main square with the city government, president’s mansion, cathedral, etc. He also took us to a couple of really nice over look spots for panoramic views of the city. He shared so much information and answered all of our questions. We would gladly recommend this tour to others.

I had a good experience with the night tour in Quito. My tour guide Luis is a professional tour guide. He is knowledgeable with his job. He is very helpful in taking pictures. He discussed the history and the places very well. Having tour with him is enjoyable and not boring.

Nice guide. Wish it was more of a city tour than just a walking tour of the sights I’d seen during the day with my tour group I was traveling with. Still it was nice to see the old part of the city at night.

Really interesting to see the old city at night in contrast to the daytime. The viewpoints give some great photos with the clouds in the night sky.
