Deze ultieme tour begint met een wandeltocht door de oude stad langs de belangrijkste historische monumenten en kleine verborgen juweeltjes die u vertellen over de rijke geschiedenis vanaf de tijd van de beroemde Republiek Dubrovnik tot heden. We beslaan de smalle zijstraatjes waar toeristen meestal niet komen en laten je zien waar het lokale leven nog bestaat, en bezoeken zelfs enkele van de filmlocaties van de Games of Thrones! De tour blijft genieten van de kabelbaanrit naar het ultieme uitzichtpunt van Dubrovnik van boven, de berg Srđ. Laat u imponeren door het verbazingwekkende uitzicht op de oude stad beneden en de omgeving, de bergen in Bosnië & Herzegovina en Montenegro, talrijke eilanden en de blauwe Adriatische Zee. De tour eindigt met een bezoek aan het Homeland War Museum, waar je kennismaakt met de meest tragische periode in de geschiedenis van Dubrovnik. Na de tour kunt u tijd doorbrengen op de berg Srđ, genieten van de zonsondergang of lunchen / dineren / drinken in het Panorama restaurant (optioneel).

De wandeltocht begint bij de westelijke poort van Pile en beslaat de belangrijkste historische monumenten, maar ook verborgen juweeltjes en de kleine straatjes waar het lokale leven nog steeds actief is, samen met de rijke geschiedenis van het begin tot nu.
De tour gaat verder met een kabelbaanrit naar het ultieme uitzichtpunt van Dubrovnik van bovenaf, de berg Srđ. Geniet van het verbluffende uitzicht op Dubrovnik, omliggende landen en slechts enkele van de vele eilanden in Kroatië.
De tour eindigt met een bezoek aan het Homeland War Museum, waar je kennis maakt met de meest tragische periode in de geschiedenis van Dubrovnik.

I really enjoyed my tour. Pavo was flexible allowing me a selection on what to see. I had a tour in the morning so he worked with me on what to see in the afternoon with him. He carried my jacket and lunch throughout the walking tour! He was easy to understand and explained well the history and events. Pavo was very nice and also answered well my many questions.
Wow, what a wonderful tour all made possible by Vlaho! The day of was raining and he was able to customize our tour to replace the cable car. We loved the visit to the Franciscan Monastery, especially the pharmacy where you can buy ancient lotion formulations. Ladies if you know you know, I boight antired for under the eyes, works like a dream! Vlaho's background and experience make him the ideal guide, he has lived the history as a local Dubrovnik! Sharing about the wartime, showing us the holes in the walls, you have a deeper understanding of what happened during that time. He takes you from ancient Roman time, Ottoman and beyond. It was fascinating! The best part is that he took us to local shops where they make products here in Dubrovnik. I wanted to take back authentic goodies and wow Note Bene was my favorite. They make the best sugared orange peel treats, dog goodies, fig sausage, creamy honey, delicious nuts and olive oil. Great shop! Thank you Vlaho for making our trip so special. We had such a great time with you! PS He is a miracle worker with little kids, he kept my niece engaged by the end she was a big fan pf Vlaho too!!! See you again!!!
